I got a cat gp40k 10k lift capacity it’s got the Nissan tb45 I tried replacing the Nikki regulator still won’t start if I hold fuel line unhooked letting air in it fires a little. Any ideas? How do I communicate with the computer to check codes I don’t see any lights on the dash nothing even comes on.
Start of the video I knew it was timing had that about 10 times now only 3 of them needed new cranks I replaced 2 and replaced the whole engine out of a spare truck that came off hire but I find them GM’s out of balance and go through timing belts, tensioners and crank gears like there’s no tomorrow every maybe 5-6000 hours
I had that exact thing happen to mine must be a common thing. After the crank was fixed, it revs up but dies at high rpm not sure what's wrong with it now, runs great before it hits that rpm range then cuts out. Any suggestions?
Great video! I have the same forklift I’m trying to fix. It won’t run, the injectors are not getting power and firing. Doesn’t have any faults. Lift runs fine if I spray something flammable in the intake. What would cause the injectors not to fire?

I just looked at one exactly like this a couple days ago, same issue.What are the odds. Crank no start .
wow nice diagnosis .did you change the crank or weld

Fuse F3, fuel/run relay RL2
