A real gun without the firing pin shaved is still silly
Exactly
to fire blanks a firing pin is required to strike the primer and make the flash, on a blank firing replica usually the barrel is blocked or partially obstructed except they used a real gun and accidentally had live ammo on set. this never should have happened
Why were there even real bullets to begin with? Way too many fucking people screwed this shit up
Apparently they were using the firearms recreationally between shoots.
It was a while ago but pretty sure alec fired the firearms expert or something like that
@samwise5717 What complete and utter morons.. absolutely brain dead mfs
He screwed up the most tho, he broke multiple gun safety rules, like I'm not even an American and I know what he did was wrong and should never happend
It's not that it was wrong he should be in jail for murder
So many failures, but the blame ultimately lies with him. It was his weapon, and he failed to follow safety standards.
Have you ever watched a Hollywood movie?
baldwin took many shortcuts and didn't follow saftey standards that are used for films (but of course costs more in money and time) ...
interesting a guy who often picks on others for their failures makes an impressive one himself... whuch he refuses to accept blame for
Nobody follows safety standards in a movie, not John Wayne, not anybody.
That's the job of the armorer.
@@rockinshoes1 strange then that their are so many guidelines they have to follow in films re safety...
and how it is so unusual for people to die making a film that when it happens it is BIG news...
No live ammo should be within a mile of the set when they are filming pointing guns at each other. If they are shooting live ammo on a day no guns should be pointed at anyone that day.
Live rounds were mixed with "cosmetic" dummies. HGR didn't shake them. The director and Halyna
should have either checked the rounds or instructed AB not to point the weapon at them.
Don’t blame Baldwin , colossal failure of the armorer on set
100% blame Baldwin
His dad was gun expert he had to know
More what he saying shared responsible
Wasn't the show also his too
Why was there real rounds on a movie set? This is all crazy that an actor is in trouble for this, unless the actor hated the person he shot, and hid the real bullets to shot the person the actor hated. Also, why would an actor, that only works with someone for a few months, yet is paid massive amounts of money cares enough that they would kill someone? The actor would have to be an idiot, or have massive amounts of hate towards the person! Also, why did Amber Heard, and Johnny Deep get more coverage then this? Specially, when the government was saying aliens are real, but Amber Heard, and Johnny Deep got more coverage then FN Aliens!?!
Dude got away with murder
Did Baldwin just wake up or something? Dude looks like a bum.
Tragic mistake!!! A failure Basic handgun safety rules that everybody should apply. Bottom line.He still pulled the trigger. He failed on his part of that safety plan. I'm actually surprised he is a Blaming trump..
What color is the sky in your world?
But something did happen
Alec Baldwin may have pulled the trigger, but it was this woman who killed that person due to her negligent handling of firearms on the set.
Every weapon is loaded unless you have personally checked it. Yes, she screwed up, but he drew and fired. The one handling the firearm is ultimately responsible.
Bullshit @@patrickodonnell81
@@patrickodonnell81 He did what he was instructed to do.BTW have you ever watched a John Wayne move?
@@rockinshoes1 I grew up on The Duke. And he never killed anyone because, obviously, he followed proper gun safety.
