BTS actors!!!! 💯💜 My 100th time watching the highlight reel (lol) and I love it every time! Not going to lie, cried the first time, the scene where JK met the girl in the hospital made me cry bc for some reason it reminded me of a scene from The Notebook.
I always felt that the girls were symbols or representations of this happy life that each of the members maybe want to attain? But they then realise that there's no running away from the "darkness" in their lives (they all had their issues in the storyline). Hasn't this been BTS's message all along? You have to accept yourself, including all your flaws. That's why everything started going wrong in the video. And at the end Jin realises no matter how many times he tries to go back to the past to "fix things" it comes at a cost. In a previous video I shouted TIME TRAVEL.
I love this video, it's full of many small details that tell the bigger story. It's important to keep details of other videos in mind. There are so many twists involved and in whole it isn't linear so it's hard to keep track ok. Today while watching your reaction I noticed a detail I had missed before, it's an endless saga.
I love these young men to pieces as well as you guys, but this story line stuff with the Jungian/Damien, etc themes it's a lot. He tries to save them from their death (jungkook, suga), from going to prison (V, RM) and save them from loneliness (Jimin, jhope). Jin realizes their lives are different back when they are all together. They were happier when they are all together but their lives became tragedy when they fell apart. let me explain simply all the girls are different this video shows the process of change that comes with relationships either negative or positive. for suga the girl he met helped him stop smoking which was a positive change as for V he caught a girl shoplifting and paid it off for her he then got closer to her but couldn't change her she changed him in a bad way that's why you see the scene where they vandalize public property they get caught by the police and he takes the fall because he loves her more than he loves himself. then Jungkook in the hospital scene he had no will to go through with rehabilitation so he was about to throw himself down the stairs when a fellow patient a girl stops him sticks close to him and helped him find new reasons to live again then he develops feelings for her after his recovery he goes to find her but she had already died causing him to also be in pain for love. Jin the video starts with Jin i think it was because he suffered the most for love without experiencing it first he was on his way to deliver the diary to the girl who he fell in love at first sight with and maybe even confess his feelings but she died before his eye's causing him to give up on love itself. Jhope and Jimin were in a love triangle one were Jimin didn't have the courage to make his feelings known while Jhope did so all he could do was look at her from afar so when she got hurt when practicing with Jhope in the studio he just watched under the rain unable to help though he was hurting. i think that of RM was uncertain because it was a onesided love .i hope my explanation helped out and this explanation is based on my reviewing the storyline and the whole of the love yourself series. i really saw all this SERENDIPITY SINGULARITY EPIPHANY from this highlight and i'm sure many Army's saw it too.

Jin is a time traveller from the future. As they grow up, he and the other members go on seperate ways. Past frward in the future, Jin learned the bad things that had happened to the members lives. He goes on a mission of going back to the past and tries to change the bad things from happening to the other members. He tries to save them from their death (jungkook, suga), from going to prison (V, RM) and save them from loneliness (Jimin, jhope). Jin realizes their lives are different back when they are all together. They were happier when they are all together but their lives became tragedy when they fell apart. In conclusions this shows how important their friendships meant to them and how much different the world is when you have someone you can lean on.

let me explain simply all the girls are different this video shows the process of change that comes with relationships either negative or positive.
for suga the girl he met helped him stop smoking which was a positive change
as for V he caught a girl shoplifting and paid it off for her he then got closer to her but couldn't change her she changed him in a bad way that's why you see the scene where they vandalize public property they get caught by the police and he takes the fall because he loves her more than he loves himself.
then Jungkook in the hospital scene he had no will to go through with rehabilitation so he was about to throw himself down the stairs when a fellow patient a girl stops him sticks close to him and helped him find new reasons to live again then he develops feelings for her after his recovery he goes to find her but she had already died causing him to also be in pain for love.
Jin the video starts with Jin i think it was because he suffered the most for love without experiencing it first he was on his way to deliver the diary to the girl who he fell in love at first sight with and maybe even confess his feelings but she died before his eye's causing him to give up on love itself.
Jhope and Jimin were in a love triangle one were Jimin didn't have the courage to make his feelings known while Jhope did so all he could do was look at her from afar so when she got hurt when practicing with Jhope in the studio he just watched under the rain unable to help though he was hurting.
i think that of RM was uncertain because it was a onesided love .i hope my explanation helped out and this explanation is based on my reviewing the storyline and the whole of the love yourself series.

The Y.K = Suga's real name which is his character's name. His name is Yoongi, but i think the K comes from the fact that it can also be pronounced and spelt as Yoonki; in Korean the g and k sounds are very similar. that's my understanding anyway, army correct me if I'm wrong!

Regarding the Y.K. on the lighter. Short answer, they are the initials of Suga's real given name. Yoon-gi. Also spelled Yoon-ki.
Longer explanation:
In hangul (Korean script) it is 윤 (yun) 기 (gi). The 7 looking character, has the sound between a "g" and a "k". Notice when you pronounce either letter, that it is the same, except that G is vocalized.
