Namjoon's little side-story with the hair-tie is so subtle, it's hard to catch the details! Basically, Namjoon sees this girl working a crappy, minimum wage job (handing out flyers) where she gets disrespected by people. This parallels what happens to him at his own gas station job (where customers toss the money on the ground), so he immediately feels a kinship with her. They both live in poverty... we see here how they ride the bus while Jin drives his own car, for example (not just that--we see Namjoon pay his bus fare with loose coins instead of swiping a card). And at one point (4:02 in your video), as the girl walks away from Namjoon, we see that her ponytail is tied up with a regular rubber band... probably because she can't afford little luxuries like a nice hair-tie. So Namjoon very thoughtfully notices and gets her one. But instead of giving it to her in person, he ends up just leaving it with her belongings while she sleeps. So unlike the other members who have nice interactions with their girls before things go sour and end poorly, Namjoon's story with his girl never got off the ground because he couldn't work up the guts to talk to her. 😅
All these years I thought Jungkook's anima (or whatever she is) wasn't there because she got better and was discharged from the hospital, but her dying makes more sense. 😭 Unless I'm forgetting something🤔 Also yes, Namjoon does seem like he would be the perfect boyfriend/husband
I never figured out the Bu by myself but I've listened to XCeleste a long time ago so I don't have all the ties. What I'm now noticing in this one is that the girls per say don't have a huge significance but maybe we can make some parallels with our pairs. Like when the girl dancing with with J-hope falls, we instantly see Jimin falls also in the same position. When we see Yoongi wanting to smoke the girl stops him like JK who does want to help him do better, ending up with the two arguing and Suga pushing her away like he pushed JK in the big fight they had. We see V and the girl doing graffitis and running away as he did with RM before. We see Jin in the car that seems to hit the girl although he's also waiting for her (2 time-lines?) That links to the car accident JK has that many Armys were debating if it was Jin who hit him. Anyway, don't take my words for anything more then random thoughts. We know now that as a child J-hope had an abandonment trauma but we still have no clue as to why Jimin ended up in the hospital nor if Jin has his own story. The butterfly effect changes situations and outcomes, Jin might play the butterfly at some point to try changing bad outcome for his friends. Like Lory, I'm trying here 💗

Wow! I never thought of all that! I did see someone point out another cool Jimin/Jhope parallel though... in the scene where Jimin is standing with the umbrella and turns to walk away (in this video, it's at 13:48), you can see water markings on Jimin's shoulders that mirror the way the girl's arms are wrapped around Hobi's shoulders as he carries her (like at 13:28). Might be nothing, but it's conspicuous since Jimin is holding an umbrella, so his shirt shouldn't be wet at all.
The flower delivery truck was the one that hits the girl with the red journal cuz, the driver realizes he forgot to put a card with the flowers so he was turning around to give to back to Jin at that moment she crossed the road tho. That's why he decides the next time not to meet her and to give her her journal back and also the journal re-appears in Jin's solo song Epiphany MV.
Another thing I thought was really fascinating about this particular one was there's a consequence for every reaction. So when it showed Jin reverse the original reaction it changed everything. And it went back to the way it was before all that transpired. And what I got from that. Was emotions can take us places that may not be advantageous to one later on. Perhaps it's better to think things through then to act too quickly on our emotion. But that's not always easy to do. Wow there's just so much it's so deep
I have a similar back story as JHope's character unfortunately. I too was abandon as a 2 yr old and my brother was 4 yrs old in an Seoul subway station. My father had brought an empty box with us and told us to go in it and not to come out of it till he gets back which, he did not obviously. Later someone had called the cops and they brought us to the orphanage where we stayed for a few years until we were adopted, which initially I was not supposed to be adopted at that time but, that's another story. Anyways I now live happily with my little family in MA, USA. While in highschool I befriended a Korean girl, whom at that time I was the only minority at my school (all white), and she introduced me to KPop back in year 2000. My first song I listened to was BoA Number 1 and we even did a school talent show with this song. Then I got hooked from then on, like with groups; Kiss, SnSd, SuJu, 1tyme, GOD, HOT, B1A4, Teen Top, Nuést, UKiss, Big Bang, KARD, 2NE1, HyunA, 4 Min., Wonder Girls, Afterschool, Kara, Sister, T-ara, F(x),Tiny G, NS YoonG, and many more. I have been following BTS since their debute day I even watched their debute stage on TV when I used to have MNet channel.

I'm only part way in so I'm not sure if you've figured it out but wanted to remember to tell you that "Y.K." is Yoongi...he says the official spelling is Yunki/ Yun-ki. (Yunki Min is what is written on his United Nations UNICEF badge, for example). From what I've read, they tend to spell their names how they think it would be phonetically pronounced internationally.. (but I'm not sure why because "gi" actually does sound more like "ki", like how you usually pronounce it!) Namjoon is also Nam-jun, and Jungkook is Jeong-guk (though as a soloist he's now decided the professional way to write his name is "Jung Kook", as two words🤷🏻♀️). Yes, most Korean names have first 3 or more syllables and ends in 2 or 3 more syllables which are seperate for example my real name is Mi (ee sound) Ae, that's why u see there is a - or it's capitalized letter. This is cuz they are combining two words into one name as in my name Mi means beautiful and Ae means love so, it means beautiful love. In other words it describes someone who embodies the beauty of love and affection, or a person who is loving and beloved. My brother's name is Byeong-Gyu, so Byeong (B sound like P) means Standard and Gyu means Valor so definition is someone who embodies the ideal of bravery and strength, a person who upholds values with honor and courage.
In the BU all the members are all in the same universe and timeline what we saw are some present and past timelines. They guys are going different ways cuz of JK accident. Jimin is afraid of blood and that's why he was washing it away cuz, as a kid he saw a little boy that was kidnapped and beatened up. This cause him to be afraid of blood now and since, he was busy washing it away JHope came to take the girl to the hospital instead and Jimin realized what he did and ran after them but, it was too late. I think the dancing girl was going to talk to JiMin but, he collided with her instead. Jin while driving he gets a headache which triggers old memories which he loses at the same time. Jin is also trying to fix each mistake in everyone's lives but, is also having trouble remembering why cuz Everytime he thinks about the guys he forgets them slowly. Jin gets this ability thru meeting a magic white cat at the beach while he is there wondering about the guys and how he can help them thru their own personal troubles and be closer again to them. The guys don't know this tho and once they know except JK they try to help him. But, JK feels left out since they aren't telling him everything and he thinks they know more about his accident which, he thinks Jin is the one that hit him with the car but, we as an audience don't know that tho. RM likes the girl on the bus and gives her a hair tie but, is too afraid to talk to her in person. V takes the fault for the girl and I think she ends up running away tho. Suga character likes the girl but, they end up fighting so he loses her too. The initial YK I think is his name plus her initial. The dancing girl as well leaves cuz she gets an opportunity to join a dance team. This is a very small gist of the story but, if u visited the link I provided might help u understand it better. It goes from the beginning until the current timeline cuz it has not ended yet. But before warned if u decide to read it, there are a lot of tragic and not so positive moments. I looked at a reactor that was new to me, it didn't have much of BTS, 3-4 songs but JK was the first and already a few songs his new song and with Usher and JK he said at the end JK why do you want to join BTS when you're back from the army you don't need them you don't have to be fun as a bachup dancer wow, I was angry and cold. I left a lot of comments afterwards to see how Army reacted. Surprisingly, almost everyone said yes to him😟
