I love this, it's the perfect timing honestly. I was just at my friends wedding this weekend as a guest but I was placed right in front of the cake, front row feet away from them. Trying to be respectful of the film crew and photographers I didn't record or take photos throughout most of the event. Not until the moment came where they were going to cut the cake. Just feet away from them, no one in front of me, I just couldn't miss this. Staying in my seat to stay out of the way I recorded them to the best of my abilities while keeping my phone close and out of the way. It was honestly something so beautiful and inspiring to witness people I have grown up with in such an amazing moment. After getting home I stayed up for hours listening to every song I could find until I found something that really expressed the moment for what it was and who they are. "Conversations In the Dark" by John legend just fit them and this moment perfectly. Watching it back the first time I honestly teared up. Bringing out emotion is the whole idea right? I guess I just want to say thank you for all the free videos here on UA-cam and the free mini courses you release. I try my best to stay on top of all of them and take as many notes as I can. I can't wait to join the FTF team someday!
oh how creative. seems like little things but somehow they look like huge additions to the video. thanks for sharing. love how you talk to the group and to be married couples, natural, confident, pleasure to watch.
Can you all do a video on working with photographers as well as extremely tight schedules? I’m starting to notice that most of the weddings I shoot get extremely behind schedule (usually because of hair and makeup), and the photographers stay about 4 feet in front of the couple the whole entire day. I usually also have to share about 5-10 minutes with the photographer to get all of the couple shots. It’s a huge challenge and I’m rarely able to film what I want
best way ive found is to get a bit friendly with the photographer near the start of the day, have a laugh with them etc - if they're a decent person you'll now be on their radar and they'll remember they're not the only ones trying to capture content in the moment. Also sometimes you've just got to get stuck in and take control/ ask for your own shots at times
Love this content it’s all The shots I use in my wedding films in one place with the addition of a few I didn’t know, the mosh pit is definitely a better name.. I been calling it the football tackle lol.. I like mosh pit better
I want to know how you manage to get that much time to work without a photographer around? I realize these are all just models for this video but I feel like I’m lucky to get in one pose ever once-in-a-while when doing portrait time with a photographer.
love this vids but there is always something that I miss and I would like to know ... witch lens do you use in this specific scenes and the apron distance you are from the object you filming. would by nice to know ... just put the details somewhere in the corner. love the content like always. have a nice day
Awesome ideas! I will implement them for sure! Also I see that you get a little bit of shake with the gimbal and I have the same exact problem, any ideas on how to solve this? (it's balanced and auto tuned)
Good video, but honestly, bridal flowers always look better when not held at the same height. Staggering the height of the flowers creates more interest.
pro I'm a boy to support you I'm a film filmmaker I don't have any modern equipment to record but I'm still happy because I am a man When a friend wants me to present my talent, what can you do for me?
I’ve always wondered how to work better with the party. This is SOOO HELPFUL! More tutorials like this please.😁

Also focus settings, or how was focus accomplished. Especially during the crosswalk when people were walking in front of the couple.
Awesome ideas! I will implement them for sure! Also I see that you get a little bit of shake with the gimbal and I have the same exact problem, any ideas on how to solve this? (it's balanced and auto tuned)
What lens were you rocking? 24mm?
I'll join your team soon.. Inshallah..!!
Great video thank you please do videos too for couple.

Did you shoot all the footage in 60fps?

How do you schedule the shoot if you only got one day to shoot it and that is on the wedding day?

What picture profile do you used?
I just turned on this and thought it was Curtis Judd video 😂

Question.. What type of auto focus you will be using for the crosswalk? Thank you!
I had the same question.

Good video, but honestly, bridal flowers always look better when not held at the same height. Staggering the height of the flowers creates more interest.
No nd filter ??
this is no longer a wedding but a theater))
What lens are you for the gimbal?
It appears he's flying a sony a7siii or a1, with a 50 mm 1.2 amount lens
AF settings during crosswalk? or was it manual?
