Yo me it seems perfect, compared to hue prices it seems reasonable and the support for 42 inch tvs is what I need, only waiting for 2.1 to release since it has VRR support confirmed 👍🏻

Aswell as VRR the 2.1 is also going make sure the problem with matching reds is gone as it’s better at matching HDR colours

Fancy leds and litmi are the only brands I would recommend because the govee ones have really washed colors and the hue is like $500+

it 's been released already. I am purchasing it by the end of the year it costs 220 euros VAT included (airport taxes) to Europe, straight from the UN. States to my door. I need the 3mr strip for my 55" inch tv. The downside of this sync box is that, thought it offers HDMI 2.1 output to tv from the console, which makes it capable of 4k @ 120Hz light strips playing, it offers only one hdmi port and only one device can be hooked on it..

There's also Lytmi very similar to this setup but If you can cope with a camera on the top or bottom of your TV of which I don't even notice it anymore I have it on the bottom it's far cheaper to get a govee T1 or T2 or T3 and they will work on anything that's displayed on your TV from any source

Does it affect the picture quality in video games? Why it needs wifi? Im interested in this product but these questions and the price makes me hesitate,ill probably wait and see if they go down in price or more brands are aviable

It needs WiFi if you want to connect it to the app but it doesn’t effect the picture quality but it does effect the FPS capped at 60FPS

I’m not sure if it works with AirPlay you could check the compatibility on the website but it works with Samsung Smart Things

If you have Netflix on your PS5 or HDMI output device you can watch Netflix eg. Apple TV 4K, XBOX, PS5

So you have to have a HDMI output from somewhere so if your TV has an HDMI out it should work then I might make a short about it to test it out
