Basic info about business, just using his own point of view
It is what we would call "foundational information" (which we created with the Head of Strategy from one of the top MBA schools in Sydney) so you are spot on. We have a series of this videos on our Pocket website that we add too. What we have discovered is that for a lot of our clients (and the more junior managers), this type of video encourages them to find out more :)
I wouldn't change the video but would like to point out that businesses should do more surveying (UA-cam has integrated a new feature for polling) to better understand you customers and viewer's. It's important in that it gives the company a better direction for split testing various marketing strategies. This is only one example and there are too many to cover in one video. Therefore, videos like these that cover the fundamentals are rare but shouldn't be overlooked, because like you said it does lay the ground work. Good video, enjoyed watching it again.
