I became an intern and eventually get absorbed by the company, right now i have been struggling since it's my very first job, my manager is the one who trains me but treats me as if i should know everything, yells at me if i didn't know something that she asks me to do, when i had a mental breakdown i messaged our Human Resources and i told them everything that i have been going through, they eventually told me that i can do it and brush it off, hours later they posted something about paranoia in our company group chat which i know it's all about me.

It's your first job, it's normal you don't know everything. It's not okay that she yells at you. Try to talk to someone about it so you can vent about it. I had the same while i was on my internship years ago. She yelled at me the same way if i didn't know anything and i took it personally. But you need to know it's not your fault, don't take the blame on you for not knowing everything already. It's completely normal.

Superiors at my work never heard me I keep ruining things I'm in such bad shape, too much weight put on. My brain don't work right anymore .now I can't find a job anywhere . I'm 50 and at rock bottom I go to bed every night with sleeping pills next to me, But I keep waking up thinking of something else to do today to fix everything I ruined

Just get a drug that makes you feel better. That is what *I* do. Biochemical drugs get to the physical root cause of depression and stress. Well, the PRIMARY cause of depression and stress is all the infinite hypocrisy and injustice caused by stupid hypocritical conservative rightwing voters, politicians, and the cops and legal systems that support them. Those SHOULD be changed, by force, by guns. But, in the meantime, drugs get to the physical cause inside the sufferer's brain.

I made the mistake of thinking of my work as a place to be open and honest with my boss. I had anxiety and thought I had covid and fell ill for 4 days. To my face alone. She called me a lair suddenly went full mask off narc and now I regret being open....to her. I won't let that stop me from being honest and transparent

So what would you do in this situation ?. 2 / There are 2 companies working in the same field: Company X builds its own store and creates its own distribution system. Company Y relies on outside distributors and stores to distribute goods to consumers. Question: In what case will you buy company X and company Y ?. Thank you.

A business that lacks a realistic strategy to achieve the goal is actually based on dreams and aspirations! This means that the entrepreneur will probably start moving by considering the final position of his company and hopes that things will proceed naturally without having a clear plan to reach that position. retiba.com/academy/business-strategies/business-strategy/ In a non-competitive market, this management approach can more or less bring the entrepreneur closer to their goal, but in a competitive market that exists today in most countries of the world, such a thing is impossible. Now that the market is more competitive, the need to understand the importance of business strategy and its application is growing
