Yes we get every season, and sometimes in one day... No joke...😁
that's for sure :)
Just moved to belle plaine a month ago.... absolutely loving it and your right everything is 20 minutes away lol
That's great to know!
Helpful video. Could you describe allergy season(s) in Wichita and does it bother you? thanks
Thank you! Wichita's landscape is dotted with various grasses, such as Bermuda and Kentucky bluegrass. You'll want to keep an eye on pollen counts in April, May, June, and September. And it doesn't bother me at all. 😊
Thanks for the video. How about tennis? Is there a place around the city to play tennis?
Yes! There's a couple of them. One is Riverside Tennis Center just located in the heart of Wichita. You can check them out. 😊
This might be a dumb question but why are houses in KS being built on slabs when there are tornados?
What about 2 wheeres and bikes in Wichita ?
Thank you for the insight I'm moving to witchita to be close to family right now I live in Florida and it's getting way too crowded and expensive what I'm paying for a 1 bedroom here is ridiculous and it's getting way to fast pace and I'm trying to slow down in life
This is a great place to slow down and enjoy life for sure :) check out homes on our site with a free account at www.WichitaHomeHero.com
Learn to spell it right before you get here. Thanks!
What's the public transportation system like? Is it easy to get around if you don't drive?
honestly, not really, it's not quite a big enough city for that densely populated enough to logistically plan for those types of public services, most people drive around here
No
WAIT you didn’t finish your sentence about what you encourage when it comes to duplex’s 😂 We are looking to move there soon (maybe) and have seen a lot of duplex’s. What’s your thoughts on that?
can be a good way to house hack at a low price point here but also a low rent rate to go with that
You forgot the nationally ranked bad drivers (26th for being 50th in population)
I wanna move to Wichita maybe in a year or 2
That's great to hear, check out our market on www.WichitaHomeHero.com to get an idea of prices and what it's like here :)
I want to move there to put my kid into that Wonder school they have there!! Sucks about the dating thing though... lol.
Which wonder school are you talking about?
What's it like for the homeless there?
fairly decent considering the size of the city and perspective of what else it can be like compared to other larger metros
Very Dangerous
1 - 7 DON'T , DO NOT ! RUN , RUN FAST, RUN FAR !
lol Thanks for the comment
Wichita.... A literal city island surrounded by an ocean of wheat.
Haha that's a great descriptor and pretty accurate, thanks for the comment!
