Dake has been “on a mission” ever since his humiliating loss to Magomedov in Tokyo. I think he’ll win gold in Paris, too.

He could have been there since last year it’s not going to matter. He doesn’t have the freestyle pedigree to win this. Plus he’s boring as heck. He and a lot of guys need to watch how DT wrestles matches. Even when he’s up he’s trying to score. Pinned Yazdani twice, freaking unbelievable!

Burroughs can beat dake, Spencer can also beat Gilman. Synder loses to cox
burroughs barely beat Dake multiple times in his prime, a few controversial, and Dake having to go through the challenge tourney. Dake waiting for an older JB, having to cut, make 2 hr weigh ins and run the gauntlet.... chances aren't good. If Lee is healthy he dominates Gilman, Thomas has no offense and his strength is his biggest weapon...but not against Lee. If Lee gets a TD he coukd end it quickly and he's a better scrambler and has more offensive variety. Hard to see a path to victory for Gilman.

@@cbrend22 I would love to see Jax Forrest do well. That kid is really top tier technician. I just wonder if he has the strength to hang at this level. He definitely has the technical skills though. I think his gas tank is very good too. So I guess we'll see how important strength is in this trio of technique, gas tank, strength.
