Agree, many soap base in the market now performs great. So I mainly choose scent more than a specific soap base.

I think its noticeably better than excelsior. Easier, slicker, and a post shave that is SIGNIFICANTLY better. I now enjoy this soap, whereas honestly I sorta dreaded using excelsior 😅

Have you tried reserve cool In omnibus? It doesn’t get as much hype as Seville, but it’s a killer barbershop scent. It’s nice to have both in the den

I've never received b&m soap with seal on it. I guess they are still doin it?

They used to do it on all the regular line soaps at least. So maybe it’s just Seville now? Not sure

Hey what's up John? I wanted to ask you...do you use those plastic washers that go between the handle and the bottom base plate? I don't...not even on my Wolfman.

I’ve gone stretches without using them. I use them on my Wolfmans but not on my karve so it depends I suppose.

@@chrisspertos9784 yeah it’s probably not worth it. Less threading are making contact with the handle when they are used putting more tension on the remaining threads.
