Good question - In the NLL, most teams opt for 6-8 forwards. Most opting for 6 or 7. I have seen 8 but that’s rarer. Assuming 6, you’re on the floor basically every shift. 15 mins per quarter around 5-7.5 minutes / quarter. Forwards usually get on the floor with 20-25 seconds left on the shot clock hence the the range of 5-7.5 mins BUT could be less or more depending on how efficient defence is, offensive rebounds, etc.
