I love how Dracula is just rizzing you up so hard 😂
Okay but why was Dracula one of the best actors I have ever seen in the parks. That is such a difficult character to do well without being cheesey or cringe. He killed it...
And the officer with the sketch😂
We did it last year and it was absolutely worth it. Not just "girl math" worth it, but for real when you add up park admission, express pass, water, two meals, it's a good value.
Agreed! It was absolutely worth it!
I don't know, you don't really need an express pass at this park. I was able to complete every ride, some multiple times, before 12pm (excluding Mario Kart cause it was down and it only took 20 minutes to get on/ride at the end of the day) without an express pass. This is on a weekday in March close to spring break and I'm a well prepared person who knows how to do theme parks. There is so little to do and see there, you only really spend enough time for one meal or snack too. Florida's is more worth it and you get more out of it because the park has so much more to offer. Only worth it to those who are unfamiliar with theme parks or alternatively those who want a more behind the scenes look on the tram tour.
Yeah that is a good deal
also parking is included - valet parking
Totally worth it. I have done it 4 times! Best time Eva!
Dracula was great. I love the way that he immerses himself in the character, which made for a very special and unique interaction. Give that man a gold star.
And stood right next to the invisible man!
I think I would fall in love with Dracula 😂
I'm late to the party on this video but that entire part of the video I was giggly and like damn, Sir. 😂
Pick up your lanyard and get the breakfast as soon as the park opens, regardless of your tour start time. Then do a few rides before the tour.
The VIP experience in Hollywood seems much more relaxed than the Orlando one. I like that you’re given more freedom on this one. This seems like it was such a fun day!
That has to be one of the best Draculas I've seen. He was fantastic.
I love that you promote kindness and respect for Team/Cast members and tell people about tipping that isn't always obvious. Customer service jobs can be really difficult and the pay doesn't always reflect the work that goes into these jobs. Thank you and always love getting Mammoth Club content!❤
I did the VIP tour a few years ago for my birthday as solo trip and it was 💯 worth it!! Such an awesome time!!
"It's nice to thank people when they do something amazing." Is honestly just great life advice and I hope more and more people do this in their everyday life.
Thank you for always being so kinda, thoughtful and caring. 🥰
For Molly’s sake, this experience should be rebranded as the VJP tour (Very Jawesome Person)! 🦈👑
I love how he let you design your own rollercoaster! 😂
Molly, thanks for sharing your experience. That real working movie studio experience was so incredible and I am so glad you got to experience it. The tour guide seemed like a great guy and pulled it off well. After watching this video, it's my turn to experience the VIP tour of Universal Studios Hollywood as I am a huge movie nerd and pop culture enthusiast. It sounds like they take care of you great and provide that experience top notch.
What a good way to wake up! I love you guys so much. I recently went on a trip to Disney world and universal, and now I’m obsessed with both of them! And you guys help inform me what’s going on at the parks while also entertaining me. Thank you guys for the amazing videos, keep it up!
I do love to see how resentful ypu are to those who are seeing everything for the first tome. This is why I truly love you. Keep doing what you are doing. Love you
"Why don't we have dracula just hanging around?" -my husband
"Well we live in Illinois. It'd be concerning if we went to the HyVee and Dracula was just chilling in the middle of summer." -Me
In other words, I guess your videos immurse us enough to make us forget we are not always in Orlando. So thanks!
A friend of mine insisted I try this out and now I’m sure of it!
Thank you for the info on tipping. It’s really helpful!
Bowie is the Goblin King, so most definitely a wizard.
We live in So Cal, not far from Disneyland. We visit Universal, maybe once every 3 or 4 years, so we do the VIP every time. When in FL We stay at one of the WDW value resorts for 6-10 days and double up by staying at Hard Rock (on our last trip in 2017), which gives you the pass the line passes and early entry. So worth it!
The RIP tour was SO worth it!! All the houses done in two hours instead of waiting two hours for one was what blew my mind plus the great food was amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
I did the USH VIP tour in 2019 and thought it was fantastic. I had Juliet as my tour guide and she was outstanding
If you do not live close to the park, have the money to splurge, and you only have one day to make the absolute most of your time at Universal Hollywood then this seems like an excellent way to upgrade your experience. Plus I like how you can peel off to go enjoy an alternative if you do not want to go with the group. And your coaster design would be epicly fun if it ever could be made.
My wife and I went to Universal Hollywood and Disneyland for my 40th birthday in March 2023. Michelle was our VIP tour guide. She was amazing.
So worth it especially when it’s busy. Well done Molly.
It was cool seeing the yogurt shop on the backlot tour- it was featured on The Good Place.
Wow! That lunch!
I was just going to say the tip thing 20% for sure.
Girly thank you for the AMAZING walk thru! I'll be there in January looking forward to the VIP experience.
Good morning, Mam fam! Love the sunglasses!
Loved this! Your tram tour guide was amazing. I loved him. 😂
Had to pop in the comments to share that I just got back from my first trip to Universal Orlando, and I had the absolute best time!! Thank you so much for all of the information and tips you share- I was able to have a truly perfect trip because of your videos. I even got over my fear of roller coasters and rode Hagrid's 4 times and Velocicoaster twice in a row, among many of the other thrill rides. I'm already planning my next trip to go back for Epic Universe :)
I truly love the magic at universal the team members make, one time they gave my kiddo a free stuffy and it was just so sweet!
The VIP team at USH really do go alive amd beyond to make it a great day ❤
Since this was filmed they have started allowed Express at MarioKart - it’s a super recent change (and it does work with the Platinum Pass after 3PM Express too).
I personally always do this tour. As an Australian, my time is critical on holidays so I only usually have 1 day at Universal so this is how I get the most out of it!
All the tour guides I've had are always the best and the extra time on the backlot is something that I, a movie nerd, dream about. The price is high, but it is well worth it. I do recommend paying that bit more and going on a weekend as you get more time after the tour to go on more rides. But honestly, i'd just go for the lunch, it's so good and last time Doc from Back to the Future joined haha
Another perk is for example of the Harry Potter ride, the screens stopped working for a couple of scenes and before we even told our guide she somehow knew and met us at the unloading section of the ride and rushed as back to the front of the queue to ride again!
This definitely looks worth it for sure!! I LOVE the backlot tour and that makes it worth it alone. ❤
Good morning MAM fam. Have a great day! 😊
I really loved it when you said for respect of the other guess on the tour I will stay quiet ❤
Great job as always, Molly!
I’m doing this tour next month. I can’t wait.
And I’m so excited for the extended Studio Backlot Tour!!
me and my mom go to universal like almost once a month, and for my birthday we went for the vip tour, we didnt know it was the tour where you follow the guide, we just wanted to vip studio tour, so we asked the guide and did our own thing, the lunch was sooo good, like restaurant quality and the studio tour was awesome, seeing the sound stages. 100 % worth it!
Molly you are the best ❤thank you taking us along with you and giving us a little magic 😊
Awww that's so sweet that Bruce said Hi to you, Molly! 🥰
Me my wife and our nephew will be doing the vip tour in November. Thanks for the video loved it
We are from Australia, and this was my wife’s favorite thing. She loved the back stage tour, the personal tours and after we rode Jurassic world a ton of times lol😂
Yay! My partner and I are doing this on Friday and we are so pumped your video went live before we went!
So I know you both love some yummy delicious beer. We just moved to NC and visited Raleigh, NC there is a beer garden with 300 beers on tap which may be a fun visit for you both! My favorite was juicy bits a hazy ipa with citrus undertones and my husband loved a one of their stouts!
Did it in 2021 and 2023, it was for sure worth it! Can’t recommend enough lol!
We hate waiting in the lines, plus the regular tickets + express pass in Cali will be more expensive than the VIP ticket itself. Not to mention free breakfast and lunch, good seats for shows and UNLIMITED express passes.
We have done it and would never go back specifically at Universal Hollywood. 2 reasons: Universal Hollywood is always ridiculously difficult to get to enjoy much due to the crowds, and more importantly the special backlot tour that is only available via the VIP is so special. Realistically speaking, if you buy the express pass the extra for this is not ridiculous at all. It's a good value and a wonderful experience.
Just as an FYI. Express pass at Universal Hollywood includes your day entrance.
Loved the interaction you had with the first Dracula. He did such a good job. I used to be an AP holder for Hollywood but I think Ill spend the $$ and do a regular VIP tour. I've done the RIP several times for both coasts and to me they are worth it!
Great video, Molly!! So cool!
We did the RIP tour last year. HIGHLY WORTH IT!!!!
Am I the only one who is obsessed with Molly’s nails?! I love seeing what design she has for each video! These Pixar nails are everything! ❤
I always learn so much from your channel. Glad you had a great time.
I took the VIP experience last year and it was amazing. Everything from the tour guide to exploring the “Back To The Future” courthouse to the food to the front of the line access multiple times. My friends and I went on Mario kart five times, Harry Potter forbidden ride four times, Transformers ride four times. We saw the Harry Potter drone show & the explored the props department. I highly recommend experiencing Universal Studios Hollywood VIP tour at least once.
We are going this week! So excited!
This definitely seems worth it for me! Especially if you’re visiting from out of town!
That Dracula was great. I am going in September and hope to do this.
We did the VIP in Orlando.
I feel like there its more worth it just cause of the more rides you experience hagrid and velocicoaster are worth it alone .
I think we’re skipping hollywoods VIP and just go with express
Awesome video!
The soft serve they have is the exact same machine with the same flavors we had in my college cafeteria in Iowa 😂 the butterbeer was just butterscotch but we had it
Thank you for explaining the vip tour. Can’t wait to bring my kids this summer. Universal orlando here we come❤!
My family and I have been to the park multiple times but we did this tour anyway and it was well worth it and a fun experience.
Perfect was to start Sunday morning.
Thank your tram driver! Also funny story on Hippogriph they stop the ride if they see a phone out. the speaker is loud enough the whole line can hear you and watch you put the phone away. I watched it happen many times while in line during a recent trip and the people in line even started yelling because it happened so much
I visited the year the Jurassic park ride opened, it was off season, and a bit rainy. Ran into the guy that was one of the designers of the ride and had a long conversation. He was the director of the He Man movie back in the 80's I think, he went on to build a lot of ride attractions. My first job was working for Six Flags, and I was also taking a few film courses back then, so that's what we were talking about. I remember getting reservations to be part of the audiences of a sitcom, ended up on the set for the Jeff Foxworthy show.
What great video!!! That is definitely worth the price. Thanks, Molly!!!!!
Wow thanks for doing this Molly! Out family debates doing this and we really want to see if the Halloween horror nights vip will be worth it! Please do it!
Looks like a really cool tour! We did the WB Studio Deluxe Tour (their VIP tour) and it was incredible and highly recommend it! I just wish Universal would do just the Studio Tour without the amusement park as not all of my family can do the rides due to motion sickness.
Was not expecting the Bowie reference and crying because of it ❤💔❤️
Love the video! Help me understand...they showed a Pirates scene...what is the relationship with Universal, Disney, and the Pirates franchise? Thanks! Keep up the amazing work!
I enjoyed staring at the ceiling and sky throughout this whole video.
uuh...did we just see that Molly would totally tell the cops where to find us if we were on the lam? lol
MOLLY!! I need you to do the RIP tour!! I'm such a wimp when it comes to horror but I love Halloween so much and I desperately want to do HHN when I go to California. I definitely need some spoilers to see if I can handle it.
Love this tour we did it in the rain whole different experience. . They used to let you walk around costume department 💐 well worth the cost
I didn't realise that Orlando hadn't had the Jurassic update! That's very good to know.
Wow! Looks totally worth it!
Hey, mamoth Club, yesterday was my birthday. I love vip!!!
Happy Birthday 🎉
Considering that includes Park Ticket and Food that's a hell of a deal!
Molly, I was watching Columbo and the episode showed Universal StudiosHollywood in the 1970s- Bruce the shark was featured. Believe it was Season 6, Episode 1. William Shatner was the guest star.
I looked today and it only says light snacks but nothing about breakfast or lunch ~ but I guess that makes sense if it’s just a few items ❤❤
Another great video! Thank you!
I wish I was there that day one day Molly ima meet you either Universal Hollywood or Disneyland (I live here) but Love Love Love you guys . You really showcase the hi points everytime n make it fun n interesting n I'm here all the time.😊
LOVE the classic monsters. Best actors
Thank you!!
We did this about 10 years ago. It was worth every penny, although I'm almost certain it was under $200 at the time.
As a cold brew girlie, are you able to bring coffee in to the VIP check in area for breakfast?
Now do the Orlando private VIP tour and see how many times they'll let you ride Hagrid's in a row before they cut you off!
Danny Mcbride was your tour guide? He killed it 😂
Oooo please do the RIP tour!
Dracula was such a vibe.
I just returned back to the States from London, England and would love to see the Mammoth Club vlog a trip there as well. My family and I did a guided local Harry Potter walking tour (with trivia questions) of buildings and the Millennial Bridge that were either actually used or inspired by in the films and books. We also went to the Universal Studios store at Platform 9 3/4 at Kings Cross Station (not included in the tour, so we did this ourselves afterwards) and took our pictures in front of the half Hogwarts trolley cart in the wall-next to the storefront. We also saw the “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” play at the palace theater the next day (a 6 hour event, but we loved the entire show). Just as a side note there were a handful of kids (including our daughter) that wore their Hogwarts school uniforms & robes and a few women, but not a single man. There were some Harry Potter themed shirts worn by all types/ages of people, but the majority of attendees didn’t “dress up” at all.
We did not do any of the Universal Studios London walking tours or theme park itself, but those are options as well. There are also other “wizard” themed shops that carry plenty of Harry Potter merchandise that we casually checked out as well.
I have done a Harry Potter walking tour of London twice and loved it, which company did you use as I want to take a friend with me and can't remember which company I used?
We used Viator (a company of Trip advisor to book the Harry Potter London walking tour).
@@MP-cr7uf Thank you, I haven't heard of that before
Did the VIP couple years ago an it was worth every penny
Just booked our tour after watching your video. Can you give advice on gratuity?? Just want to make sure we are prepared!
Molly said 10-20% but that she personally gives at least 20
I did that tour about 20 years ago and it cost $100 then but I agree it was worth it
I always close my eye during that HP ride, haha.
Molly were you on this tour solo? I’m planning a solo Cali trip next year and just wondering if being on this tour solo would be weird.
Honestly not a bad price for any VIP tour, but its a really good price considering how much you get with it.
why did i just fall in love with dracula
Same tbh
In the Halloween season there is Halloween themed dessert. It was delicious
Not bad I spent about $1k for 2 for RIP HHN lol
Molly, did they provide a poncho for the water rides?
Yes, she shows you that before Jurassic Park.
