one thing to add: for taxis there are Kubak/SK Taxi/Nasyar/OBR Taxi which are like uber + have the female driver option (I know OBR works in other cities am not sure if others work outside suli). and there are buses if you wanna budget, however its less comfortable than taxis.
It's just as easy to find alcohol in Sulaymaniah as in Erbil. Just ask the locals. And there's plenty of restaurants that serve alcohol too (in both Erbil/Sulaymaniah). The traditional restaurants don't.
Ah I’m visiting Slemani (my hometown) at the moment (I live in London), its crazy how I’m seeing this while I’m here!! I usually see your videos in London lol
Ranya is my hometown! Don't worry it's absolutely safe, even for people that can't talk the language! The only dangerous part is the way people drive 😬
First thank you for the video and for sharing your experience with us, Actually, there are Uber and Kareem online Taxi. And about alcohol, you find it almost everywhere in Erbil, indeed all the restaurants don't serve it.
We adore you, Mesopotamia. I love you from the Netherlands 🇳🇱❤🇮🇶
Great to have you back again on the UA-cams, a tone of great research and knowledge passed on with this one, thanks for all the work
Amazing and well illustrated vedio , thanks for sharing it and appreciated the efforts 😊
I wish I was back home when you were there. I would take you to bars in suli. It's actually one of the best bars I've seen.
Interesting video, you feel like you're there yourself
