Really great review. I appreciate the total lack of time-wasting you often see on UA-cam reviews for monetisation. The whole review was relevant and engaging. You've guided me down the path of getting one of these instead of a Peloton Tread (prompted by another video of yours). I love my S22i bike, and we are now seriously looking at getting the treadmill. I used to run outside, but after tripping over tree roots and ending up having knee surgery, I'm none too keen to get back to it - plus I still suffer problems from my knee and I'm still getting my fitness back, but I really like the idea of scenic treadmill running and having complete control. My husband wants to start running (he's never been a runner, hiking has always been his thing), and the more we hear about this piece of kit, the more we feel it would be a good fit for both of us. Thank you for a great video!

It’s an easy treadmill to be enthusiastic about as it is so good and the only treadmill I’ve ever stuck with.
Bought a Nordic trac 1750 Commercial towards the end of 2022. Added the Ifit monthly membership and it has been completely life changing for me. Would highly recommend.
I would suggest doing some research on nose only breathing. I have been doing this for some time and now adding it into my running and not only do I run better but longer and recover quicker. Mouth taping while sleeping helps as well

Hey you used to be such a peloton guy, what happened?😊 I’ve always loved iFIT, I’m bummed my X11i tread climber belt stopped, I’m almost tempted to get a new one,attempting to have it repaired. Always like your videos.
I read some time ago in a runners magazine that there are meditative runners, ones that do their thinking during a run. I believe I’m that type lol
Do not get any NordicTrack treadmill! They delivered a 1750 to me that was defective. It felt like I was going to fall off. Customer service was horrible. They told me customers should it's NORMAL for that to happen. They made me pay a $450 fee in addition to the $250 fee I already paid to return it less than 24 hours after I had gotten it. I'd much rather pay the fee than keep a product that has a safety issue!
Hi Steve, great review packed with useful information. I’m considering buying the 2450 but something I noticed in your video is that the iFit streaming on the treadmill gets stuck some times with micro stops. Is that the way it usually streams? Or is it an issue due to weak wifi signal or a video effect as a result of you filming the stream? Thanks!
Its a great treadmill! Yes, the workouts can have a very small freeze frame sometimes. Its much more noticeable on camera than it is in real life. ie, i dont really notice it during workouts.

Hi Steve. Great review. One question which I'm having trouble finding an answer to, even through the customer service number. Can you program your own runs? For example, can you just program a 30 min run? Or a 3 mile run. Not using the IFit capability?

You can use Manual mode (top right of Home Screen) or plan your own run through Google maps (map symbol bottom middle)

Yes, the manual mode works very well. You get the stats on screen but not video.

I just got a 2450 and noticed the video quality is always really grainy. Have you had any issues with this?
Some of their older workouts can look lower quality.
Also, check your tread is set to 1080pm image quality.
Failing that, check in with support who should be able to advise further.

Quick question - I noticed that the audio is only coming out of the LHS of tue console. There’s a speaker grille across the full bottom - but no audio from the RHS. is that standard, or is mine playing up! Thanks.

Yes, even unpacking it takes longer than you think!
You should defo get sounds from both sides of the speaker bar.
If you shine a torch in, you should be able to see the speakers.
Might be a loose connection but if you can’t get it to work, let support know.

@@SteveJulien yeah - def no sound coming out of the RHS. Bumner. I checked the cables under the display too - all dimly connected. It must be a loose wire behind the speakers. Not a problem if I wear headphones.
2 other questions - there’s a rattle sound under the belt if I run near the front - but not at the rear. Was that the same issue you had, which was related to something being too tight.
Also - the belt makes a rhythmic ‘bumping’ sound at the rear of the tread, even when no one is on it. It is linked to speed - more pronounced the faster the belt spins . Have you noticed this?
LSS is something else to check into

Nordictrack don't make their products with the same quality as before, their treadmills user weight capacity and overall build quality is lower now..........
I’ve noticed if they lower the weight capacity… that means the machine might also be more nosier

I currently have the commercial 1750 but im going to buy a new treadmill and a bike when I move into a new home.
It’s great as well. I alternate between tread and bike and always lots to choose from.
