    In 2023 model of 2450, Nordictrack downgraded: 1. Motor: from 3.6 CHP DurX™ Commercial Plus to 3.6 CHP. 2. Belt: from 22” x 60” to 20” x 60”. 3. Rollers: from 2.5” to 1.9”. 4. Incline: from 15% to 12%. 5. Frame covers: from base covers to no covers. 6. Grip texture: from non-slip rubber to textured plastic. 7. Price: from $2300 with discount to $2800 with discount. I'm curious to see what 2024 model will look like.

      Wait... so they cheaped out on a lot and added cost?

      How do you find it for $2300-$2800. I can't find it for less than $3,000.

      let's not forget the high pitched whine of the motor that gets higher and louder the faster you go. I can hear it 2 stories down in my house. it's deafening. This treadmill is a downgrade in EVERY single way from previous models and the price has gone up. I wish other companies could match the features of the ifit software so i could just move on to another brand

      Thanks for the motor information, what is the difference between 3.6 CHP Durx and a 3.6 CHP?

    It seems in 2023, they made it less wide 22" down to 20" and they took away the cool surface texture? Not sure how this is an upgrade over 2022?

    One thing I hear a lot about Nordictrack is that the post sales experience/help is very poor if you encounter any issues with their treadmills, would like to hear any ones opinions either good or bad.

      I have a 7 year old Nordictrack elliptical. I have needed a couple of repairs on it, the first was covered under warranty and the second was after 6 years, but never had any of the issues getting a hold of customer service or getting it fixed that others complain about.

    Hi, I’ve seen a few complaints of jerky and laggy video whilst streaming iFit, is that a known issue for everyone or are these isolated cases? I’m surprised that many blogs and reviewers give such good reviews to this treadmill when apparently the streaming freezes every 5 seconds (even if it’s for 0.5 seconds). Can you please advise if this actually happens or I have just come across unlucky buyers? I’m considering buying this one but this is an issue that is holding me back. Such an expensive product should work perfectly. Thank you!

    How much ceiling height would you need to walk at an incline of 14 if you are 6'2"?

    Is it me or does that treadmill sound really loud and whiny? I’m looking at the TF50 XUR by Matrix but I know they are more high end hence the price. Just wondering if it’s worth the extra cost.

    • @TreadmillReviewGuru
      @TreadmillReviewGuru  Рік тому

      I think Matrix treadmills are worth it if you want a home treadmill that feels similar to one at the gym. We have the T75 and TF30 and both are heavy and feel really solid and durable. The XUR console is impressive because of all the training options and entertainment choices you get on it. The TF50 is a good option for most running strides because it has a 60" long deck, too. The cushioning on Matrix treadmills is firmer underfoot than others like NordicTrack and ProForm treadmills, but overall I find them to be comparable to commercial treadmills. Let us know if you have any other questions, and if you want to help support our channel you can purchase through this link if you get the TF50. www.treviewguru.com/MTPMatrixTF50

    Wondering which do you prefer the 2450 or the X 22 I? (Not the elite) I’m considering both.

    • @TreadmillReviewGuru
      @TreadmillReviewGuru  3 місяці тому +1

      I prefer the X22i because it inclines up to 40%, declines to -6%, and has more absorbent cushioning. If space isn't a factor, since this treadmill doesn't fold like the 2450, I'd go with the X22i.

    @TreadmillReviews has the NordicTrack 2450 rated a 8.5/10 whereas the Bowflex Treadmill 22 rated a 9.3/10. Would you agree with these ratings? I would love to go with iFit over Jrny, but don't want to sacrifice quality on the treadmill itself.

    Is it better than the Peleton tread??

  • @vAnt826

    This is a disappointing review. Not just the product, but the actual review. The 2023 2450 is clearly a downgrade from the 2022 2450, yet your review is trying to play it off as if everything is fine. This is your opportunity to communicate to your audience and the manufacturer on how bad this is for customers, but your team chooses to take the easy route. NordicTrack may take this as acceptable and continue cutting features. I’m unsubscribing and downvoting this review.

    I won’t be buying anything less than 22” wide, lighter means it’s not as stable.

    The reviews are good but why do you not cover the console without iFit? I do not want to pay €400 per year to use my treadmill. The non-iFit functionality is important. You can workout using Google maps for free, but you cover that in about 20 seconds. You should dedicate as much time to non iFit console functionality as you do to the iFit functions. Surely that would be a balanced review? From your video I have no idea what the standard console looks like and what features it has.

      Thanks for the feedback. Without a subscription to iFit you can use the manual mode, even without wifi. There is also a featured iFit workout available to take, however, you need to be connected to wifi for that. Google Maps isn't available to use without a subscription to iFit.

    Sad that this treadmill hooked up with I-fit. We DO NOT want to pay for any subscription but cannot enjoy the full use of the machine now. Shame on NordicTrack. We have a slightly used treadmill for sale now.

    The bottom of your sneakers are too noisy. Reupload with different shoes please. Matt makes less noise than you
