They don’t even give you an interview if you’re disabled they actually have you check it on the application now, so if the checkbox is checked, you get denied by an AI robot

can literally any of these videos give advice or not be condescending? What companies or job titles can the average disabled/injured person do. "Match your resume" "ask for informational interviews" "networking is key" you might as well be telling people to just apply for a job.
Which companies or industries are known for non-discrimination when i comes to disabilities and injuries? Don't tell me I should smile harder during an interview.
but im screaming into a void were no one can hear me so this comment is useless

As a fellow dissabled man , watching this ..I too thought "well that was F N useless and like a British news soap opera joke" ...etcetera... I used to do all things outdoors labor and stuff my whole life , I made it my mission to learn "work type skills " is what I thought in the 90's and early 2,00s" before computers became prominent... anyway.. what I'm trying so say is I complement you on your writing abilities! , putting the silly video into context for dissabled... you should be a writer or editor or something like that👍.. people always hate when I try to help or talk so I can't do that.. good luck on your journey!💯👍
