H3601 voice chip finally identified - Quansheng UV-K5

We finally know manufacturer and part of the H3601 voice chip on the quansheng uv-k5. It is AUDIO-K 2402. nicFW by nicsure is custom firmware for the Tidradio H3, and it uses that chip and voice function works.

The question is, why lol, the irritating voice is the first thing we turn off in any stock firmware, who would want to re enable that in custom firmware!
