I listened to the segment but wanted to point out my admiration for anyone who is not afraid to admit that they don’t know everything. Responsible journalism would be to simply interview the photo shoot creative director and have him/her/them tells us the vision?

And if they would do this they would learn the outfit is inspired from a character from Japanese entertainment. The biggest selling manga series One Piece. The creative director was given freedom to pick something and he picked someone from a series that he loves and is inspired by.

The outrage over someone else’s life and happiness as they are minding their own business is very insecure and shows other’s insecurity.
