I like the wish tokens allowing us to outright pick lightfall exotic armor each week, we can get 3 exotics a week and its class specific too.

as a warlock i wanted good wizard because we got enough armour hat looks like the evil version
the good one looks unique and is something new while the evil version can be made with armour currently available (check the fashion subreddit for that)
Unfortunately my male human titan canonically died his final death (along with his godawful haircut) during the Red War and was avenged by his twin sister (who happened to also be a guardian with a much more aesthetically pleasing haircut). Maybe if the Last City didn't take 10 years to open a barber shop, he might've still been with us despite the fact that his appearance is not at all relevant to why he no longer exists... but that's just a theory.

True. I just wish you could change race as well. I wanted all of my characters to look the same, but now my Titan is stuck as a Human unless I delete and recreate which I refuse to do because I'm not regrinding the subclasses. Still a huge QoL improvement though so good on them.
@@DeathsPit00given there are some things baked in like different audio lines for Awoken in the Dreaming City, I’m guessing race is just baked into the character at a more permanent level than stuff like hair color.
I’ll take the option to change body type between M & F as a big enough win, since that changes up how armor looks to degrees.
I can't remember the last time I did a Legendary Lost Sector, so it'd be nice to get some modern exotics now that they're basically all locked behind that shit.
But I also want the Last Wish bow craftable despite me never doing the raid.

Swarmers with Wishkeeper and wanderer is a must try
It is SOOO good. I cleared 10+ GMs last week with that build (though I did swap out Wanderer for Weavewalk for survivability) and would have done more if I had more time. I am SO happy that there is finally a GM worthy threadling build.

@@jeffw3905 you clearly haven't tried the build, because I went flawless with it in a few GMs last week. Not that going flawless means anything in a GM, it just shows how amazing that bow is. It is important that you have Hatchling on it, and that you use swarmers with broodweaver.

if bungie is in "give em what they want" mode then give us wrath, give us SRL, give use better controller settings page, and give us a ping system in the game.
It’s crazy how useful a ping system would be
The bow can get Dragonfly comboed with Incandescent (the only such weapon). Which almost certainly makes it insanely good for ad clear and general use since bows are headshot weapons to begin with.

been a warlock main for fucking ever but damn pyrogale is fun. i finally sat down this weekend to do the lightfall campaign on my titan since i still hadnt and had a ton of fun with them.

The Nightfall bow is pretty solid with incandescent/Archer's Tempo so im not really sure if i wanna go for Tyranny of Heaven

As someone who has not and probably will never do last wish, the ability to get 3 last wish craftable weapons is pretty nice, I was kinda hoping wishes were going to last for the rest of the season and not just 6 weeks, but it is what it is, I think I’ll go for supremacy, age old bond, and maybe transfiguration/apex predator, I haven’t decided

Datto you mentioned you have been running concecration with pyrogale, what do you pair with it as your other aspect? I literally have been struggling to choose between survivability and damage with that aspect and usually just ignore it and use the super, but would love an idea of what to pair with it
Sol Invictus is definitely the best option for mid to high end content. That build has almost no healing without sol invictus, save for healing grenade.
Really for me the question is between Roaring flames and Consecration. I always run Sol Invictus
@@dannypowell7556 I agree. Sol Invictus is almost mandatory on Sunbreaker, and I see little reason to exclude it from almost any build.

@secret1566 dont listen to these guys claiming to use Sol Invictus, run Roaring Flames, your legit losing out on free damage that is created from the melee slam/ignition, rock ember of searing with char, ashes and torches and rock a double melee font of vigor assuming your already in the 40+ melee stat (puts you at 90 with charges), this melee regen ends up being sub 30 seconds and your basically spamming it on top of whatever you kill procs roaring flames and next melee just goes to town after that

My only question regarding the last wish raid weapon red borders is do you need to have the weapon unlocked prior to getting the free red border from Mara
The wizard sets look cool but it’s a holiday event set which probably means eververse locked again, can we at least have a chance to grind for the armour like a rare drop chance for the reused lost sectors.
Like it’s cool we can vote on which set we can “get” but the joy is sucked away by eververse, we can’t even get each part individually anymore so even if you didn’t like the overall set but liked the helmet or class item you could’ve picked that up but that was also taken away.
Save up Bright Dust. They're always available for it during holiday events.
If you do the weekly 8 bounties for the major vendors you will have more bright dust than you know what to do with, within a few weeks.

I’m just glad we’re getting some more content during this season. I really hope they swap out the nightfall rotation sometime because these nightfalls do not spark joy. They don’t keep me motivated to keep playing because I just do not like these nightfalls
I personally really enjoy moon battlegrounds, but I totally feel you, it would be nice if they also refreshed the gms while they did the synthweave aswell
I don't really have the time or patience for raids, so getting a crafted for LW is pretty damn cool for me.

Back in D1 when all my friends played it was some of the most fun I had in a multiplayer game now it’s just a meh chore to knock out for the loot drops even though the raids have gotten substantially better for the most part.

@@zvolchen117 Honestly I find most of the raid mechanics boring or annoying, and having to contend with randoms doesn't help. Add on top the fact im pretty antisocial and usually muted even online, leads to a not very engaging experience for me that also takes a lpt longer than I usually have or want to spend on.
If you're curious about my take on the mechanics, "do this series of events exactly right, three times in a row, or die and start over" isn't very fun to me, nor does it feel super challenging for me but rather just challenging to get six people to do it right.
Note; if you’ve never gotten a last wish weapon, use like 3/4/whatever number of wishes to buy the 3/4 you want to farm. Then you can get 3 bonus chests from the shuro chi checkpoint per week to gradually get patterns for all the weapons you desire. Yes, it’s slow af, but you’re getting a few more weapons

Datto I'm certain people have told you this but speed runners do consider apex predator with reconstruction and bait and switch to be the best rocket roll in the game
If Apex Predator doesn't have the best rolls for rockets right now then the majority of the community need more insight, myself and everyone I match or LFG with has a crafted one!
