You can change the turn signal so it blinks 3 times instead of once. There are a lot of other neat adjustments you can make in settings ... unlock both doors or just one when you hit the button, how long the lights stay on when you shut off the car, how loud the dings are, adjust the rain sensor...

Nice vid! I have a 2009, which might be different, but your key fob looks like it is missing the aluminum (chrome) trim ring! These can be ordered online. I had to glue mine on. The seat should have a lumbar support knob on the driver's seat near the armrest. The seat also remembers its forward position when you slide it to access the rear seats. The center armrest tilts up and out of the way. Puddle lights on the doors help you see your footing and can be swapped out to project a mini logo and other graphics. And finally there are videos on the comfort hack which lowers the window with the door opening which helps the driver enter in tight carparks. Happy Motoring!

Not only does the seats move up and down but so does the steering wheel. Also comes with umbrella clips in the trunk.
My 2006 has a screen as well. You can call it a bug screen but I call it a 'sun dimmer' even when the sun roof is closed. It does take the edge off of bright sunlight coming through.

The fan also keeps running after the car has been switched off, plus it starts running when the car is cold and just on ignition. I replaced the thermostat, and now the heater inside the car works fine again. But now the fan does not start up anymore. I have seen a video where the symptoms i just described show the fan has also gone bad. What do you think? How to test if the fan indeed has gone bad? May it also be possible that by switching around 2 of the connectors to the sensors on the thermostat (the 2 connectors that you can actually switch around), this prevents the fan from starting? Any ideas would be much appreciated.
btw headlights going up and down following the road..... as a Trucker in the Netherlands i am not so fond of this new tech. Because you sometimes think the other person is driving with the high beam on, but they aren't. And so, to warn them about it i often signal them, but it means i am signaling people who did not have their high beam on. Still, their headlights blind me from time to time. On a high way it is not the biggest problem. But a country road where we pass next to eachother, it can be very irritating. Plus blinding. So: To be honest: NOT the best idea.

Did u know that this car in the electrical safety box down of the hood has a yellow safety clip for reasons like environmental pollutants, which when u pull it out, the car from 93 ps became 115ps and the torgue from 140Nm became 179 Nm?? It's obvious that the CO2 Emissions will grown up as well, but it's a small amount in front of 22 extra ps with no money at all that your car will get...

I've owned a mini for 10yrs and didn't know if I hold the unlock key button down it will open all the windows!!
It doesn't.
Now if my windows are down and I put the key in the door lock and hold in lock, all the windows will close.

That metal ring is money! My fob kept falling out whenever I whipped around turns etc. Since I purchased one, it has not happened again.
The air scoop on the hood is only on the s model with the turbo. My mini has a scoop and it is an open vent that feeds directly to my cold air intake.

3:33 Auto leveling headlights are required in Europe for every Xenon headlights and Mini just didn't remove them in the american model
Another cool thing at least on the Gen 3s are the headlight cleaners when you spray your windshield 3 times it sprays the headlights as well
