good video. not alot of content for left leg leads on the net and youtube. find it hard when drilling in class because its taught both right leg leads. do you know if there anyone else does videos or content for left leg leads?
1. Single legs are made fir lefty’s. Straight, swing, low SL, snatch… they all work better for lefty’s. 2. Lefty Hic is so difficult to stop. Possibly the most effective leg attack. 3. Lefty headlock. I’m not a headlock guy but I know left handed ones are hard to feel coming. Works extremely well at the high school level.
In boxing and fighting i allways have left fot front since punches and kicks will come easier with my right hand and foot. But as a wrestler or bjj practicioner should i lead with my right foot and keep the left behind. Hope you understand my bad english. Thanks 🙏
This is very good. Do you have more on this topic. Very hard to find...I don't even know what words to search. I'll try left handed wrestlers?? Because in MMA or striking 90% will be left foot forward so need to learn how to attack while left.hand is forward
Left handed people should be right legs leads. Get into a boxing stance. Your power hand is on your back foot. A person's fighting stance should have the same lead foot no matter which type of combat sport. As a lefty I never understood why there were so many right leg leads in wrestling.
I do mma, only been a few years. Im a left so im often in open stance. I find it really hard shooting for double legs, i feel like im shooting from across the room, but the single is much more accessible. Is this a me thing or is this a lefty v righty thing?
This is super helpful to me as a lefty lead wrestler. If you have and tricks or tips for a lefty it would be much appreciated 👍🙏

I hear that a lot. I am planning to post more lefty specific content. Thanks for the feedback. 👍🏾
If you were to choose your top 3-5 moves or techniques that a lefty wrestler should master in order to see success on the mat, what would they be?

Many more lefty’s on the international scene. Most Americans are right leg leads.
Couldn't agree more
