Lifelong right handed martial artist, but I like to lead with my right leg for kicking and speed. However it’s crucial to be able to switch stances and be able to fight on both sides. In boxing I was taught left leg lead and right leg back. My wrestling just developed almost a year ago. My coach always preaches both sides! I love this breakdown💯
What if someone is right leg lead and use left hand as their lead hand? Then they post with left hand as block/post and then collar tie with right hand?

I'm also a both sides guy. It's always nice to confuse opponents not used to southpaw opponents
