- Have you been diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis? My UA-cam channel was designed to help. Sharing information based on the latest research, I share exercise for osteoporosis and osteopenia, as well as healthy aging tips for everyone.
We can help promote natural bone growth through strength training, site specific weight lifting, nutrition and supplements, as well as other healthy habits. I'll share these weekly here on the Bone Boot Camp Channel!
I reversed my own osteoporosis diagnosis into osteopenia (in my hip) by committing to the exercise and lifestyle tips I share here.
I am a long-time Pilates and yoga teacher who is the creator of the online course Bone Boot Camp. Bone Boot Camp is a program that teaches you the research-backed exercises that I used to reverse my own diagnosis.

Ok, I understand. The hip CAR is very difficult to do correctly. As you point out, we often times want to do more than is truly available to our body. I would recommend doing the HIP Car lying on your side with a bolster behind your bum and waist. does that make sense?

Hi is pelvic tilt safe to do for people with osteoporosis in the spine why I ask is because people with osteoporosis is not supposed to do flexion in the spine but when we're doing the pelvic tilt exercise that is some kind of flexion in the spine.. by the way I'm your big fan of your channel now
Spinal flexion is a no. But, when lying supine on the ground, the load is dispersed. Gentle pelvic tilts in that position are usually considered good. But you should always ask the medical person who knows your spine best for guidance that is specific to you!
