Awesome. I play Gambit on AE-J and mainly with 2P. He can run any aspect and due pretty much anything, so can’t go wrong with any choice. His steroid aggro build is just nuts as you demonstrated. You can pretty much OTK stage II or III villains.
I beat standard Goblin with justice Gambit first time today. I forgot to add one to the scheme every time Goblin attacks but I’m pretty sure I would’ve prevailed anyway. 😅
I absolutely love Surprise Attack with Gambit but I'm a bit biased since Surprise Attack is my favourite card to play. 1 resource for 7+ damage is insanely efficient for Gambit. I also really like Precision Strike for Gambit as 1 for 5+ is also really good and if it defeats an enemy, it's an easy 2 heal if needed.

100% I am starting with heroes I like and play a lot of (so for X-Men I will be skipping a few) and then probably working backwards.

100% agree this is the best way to play gambit!!

I would swap the surprise attack with Press the Advantage with the amount of Confuse you put. But I also understand Surprise Attack
