@@sangramsingh5642 Same here
i know Im asking the wrong place but does any of you know of a trick to get back into an Instagram account?
I was dumb forgot the account password. I love any assistance you can give me.
@Rene Gerald Instablaster :)
@Maddox Ulises Thanks for your reply. I got to the site thru google and im trying it out now.
Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Any other backup preference ever designed in any other operating system: "Where would like to store a backup of YOUR mobile device?"
Apple: NOPE!
At any rate, thanks for the explanation!
I was looking all over the place for a decent video. This video really helped me!
Thank you so much for these information, Im really appreciate that, because nobody explain about the locate folder of (mobilesync) and I had to watch many videos about changing the (path of backup). So, thank you again
Thank you so much for making our lives easier !
Wish the developers at iTunes could make it simpler
Wow. I have spent two days trying to figure out how to do that. You REALLY helped me! Thank you!
after 2 hours finally find the video that worked , cheers mate,
Took a few tries but it works! If it does not work the first time, try again from the beginning of the video and do each step 1 at a time. If you don't have the backup folder already, backup your phone 1 time before doing the steps in the video and it will create it for you.
Do not stop making videos. Worked like a charm. Thank you for that !
Thank you man. Was looking for a while and found your video you were the only one that worked for me thank you so much really appreciate it
Wow - it took me quite some time to figure it out as some details needed to be adjusted. Still in the end - it worked. I really don't understand why apple doesn't provide a simple possibility in itunes to select a designated folder. Anyway - I really hate using itunes it's such horrible software.
absolutely 4 years later still no fix! imagine a trillion dollar company who still cant add the possibility of backing up to another drive. its isnane
Hi. Thanks for your assistance. Your video instructions worked flawlessly! I'm no longer receiving LOW STORAGE SPACE warnings on my digital drive.
worked for me thanks... keep in mind his new drive is D but yours maybe something else like E F or G just keep that in mind when entering the command prompt data to change the D to your drive path letter
Finally! someone who knows how to explain this shit right.
Thank you! Awesome work.
Worked! All that frustration gone in 3 minutes.
Hi - I had to use mklink /D.
But got there in the end.
Thanks.
God bless you... this video has relieved my anger with trying to do such a seemingly simple task
Tested it. Works like charm! Thank you my man!
YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE LINES ACCORDING TO YOUR PATH, OTHERWISE IT'S NOT GONNA WORK, MINE WAS THIS
mklink /J “%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup” “D:\Apple Backup”
Thank you
Thanks bro! After watching two videos before and having some problems, this worked out for me!!

It works, BUT! The iPad is backing up to both locations now. Will the original backup on the C drive be automatically deleted after backup is complete? Or did I make any mistake in the command? Or will I have to manually delete the backup on the C drive? Will this affect the other backup?
Thank you very much!
Thanks for creating this video! Just curious to know if we could just delete the folder (i.e., Apple Backup) to return to the previous setup or should we type something in the command prompt. Thanks for your answer in advance!
Hey, I believe you can just delete the shortcut folder which is created and this will then go to the original backup location
Please it says in the comand prompt the dtntax of the command is incorrect
when i try this in the command prompt it gives back The syntax of the command is incorrect can someone help plz?
Thank you Sir! This helped out so much. Now, if i want to transfer my back up to a new device, will it work the same?
Not 100% sure on that one, if you don’t use an encrypted backup maybe ?
Thank you a lot💜💕❤️❣️
So I did all this and it appeared to work, but when I go to properties of the c:/ drive folder, the backup is still happening here as well as on my external drive. ie, it looks like I’ve got 2 backups, the one from before and the one I’ve linked. Am I missing something?
thanks ur a beast
Thank you :)
Is possible to change iClould storage location in the same way??.. if not, is there any other way to do that? As my C driver is about to be fully used!!
looks like both drives (C&D) now have backup files...can we delete the backup files at C drive?
i have two back up folders,
