- Long video short this is one of the best Foam cannons I've personally seen and no one can beat the price.
In the video I show two methods of use for this foam machine. I went with the version that had a peristaltic pump. This gives you some cool options that I talked about in the cliff notes below.
Some cliff notes:
- I went with the peristaltic pump option which at the time of this video was $600 more. This allows you to connect to a spigot and then pump a more concentrated solution from a bucket. The solution is then mixed in with the water avoiding the need for a big 50 gallon bucket and separate pump/power. I personally really like the extra option since I've mostly used OHFX cannons that use a similar idea of mixing the solution during operation. This peristaltic pump is awesome if you are the one operating the machine. If you plan on leaving the machine and letting your renter run it, this will probably just cause headaches. It adds an extra step that will definitely end up in phone calls saying it's not working.
- Using the separate pump is a little more headache to set up, but it makes the operation so much more simple for a renter to use. Also being able to just mix in the fluid when they know they have 50 gallons of water makes it so much more simple.
- I'll have to play with both over time to see which method is more efficient. I personally like having both options on my machine, but you could definitely have just as much fun and save yourself a few hundred dollars.

This looks pretty nice, especially the handle and pivoting. What do you think about the weight of the unit overall? The power unit and the side mount look beefy but heavy. Is the nozzle also made of aluminum or plastic? Would be great to see that cone. Do you still prefer the peristaltic pump vs the external pump? Thanks for sharing would never found this brand otherwise.
It is pretty dang heavy. The nozzle looks like a brass or stainless steel spiral nozzle. He just bought some different sizes that are massed produced. I know I really need to do a video showing the cone. It is a plastic or vinyl type mesh material. He is very proud of his cone design and claims to have tried a ton of different mesh sizes before finding this one. I personally have to have all the bells and whistles. My honest opinion is the Peristaltic pump is extremely efficient. I have ran it both ways, if you buy one he sends you with the pump so you can run it either way, I use a lot more solutions when pumping from a 50 or 100 gal bucket. I do not care about solution since I buy it in bulk extremely concentrated and can make a 5 gallon solution for less than $5. That 5 gallon solution lasts me hours and hours with the peristaltic pump.

I can try when I get it out of storage for the summer parties. It's a much better design than foamdaddy.
Nice video I looked at your other videos and the foam output was great.what was your solution mixture ratio and what brand foam mix did you use was it powder, liquid or gel
I make my own solution because I'm able to buy in bulk. Foam Party Solutions uses the same gel I use. He also has some additives you can ask for to help make the foam last longer. The additives are all food grade products. I mix 1 gallon of concentrated solution to 4 gallons of water. I use the parastalic pump so I pump straight from that mixture. If you're using a submersible pump you would mix 1 gallon of that solution to 75-100 gallons of water.
Let me know if that doesn't make sense. No matter what you have to dilute the gel. 1 gallon of gel to 4 gallons of water. That gives you 5 gallons of foam ready concentrate. Then it's 1 gallon to 75-100 gallons of water. Or if using the parastalic pump you just draw straight from the bucket.

I make my own solution from a concentrated form. It's very gentle when diluted. FPS sales the exact same one I use.
Oh do you know what is the measurement of the cannon I'm thinking about buying one and wanna make sure of the size of it and if I can get replacement parts for it if anything breaks
Foam Party Solutions can get you all the measurements. He's also really good to work with you need broken parts. You can also order most of the parts you'd need just online.
