I wasted over 1K Deaths Breath trying to make the damn Wand of Woh, upgrading yellow wands in the Cube, but with no luck... fml. Now I need to farm Deaths Breath so I can make a Death Breath faming build. FML
+GR4V1T0N put In Geom in your weapon slot and Furnace or Shaeffers Hammer in the Cube. You will be slower, but it still works on T10

+Poptartsicles try getting the other set piece - the orb and then transform this set piece into another with 10 souls and 10 death breaths, hope this might help ou out, that at least what I did.
You should carry the shoulders that shield you while casting town teleport. Swap them on, click your teleport (works for town portal and map hops, etc), and you can swap them back off as soon as casting begins. You get a huge damage shield and your tp becomes uninterruptible. Ditto for nemesis bracers.
I'll admit I wasn't sold when I read the specs of the build. It looked complicated to use at first and it didn't make much sense. But now that I watch it in action, I can see how insanely good this build is and really it doesn't seem that hard to use. I don't think I've seen a more efficient build in not only farming DBs, but farming rifts in general. Although I feel like it's only ideal for CPUs that have decent fps (which I don't have). Anyway, this was awesome. Cheers mate!
If you want to say that firebird is not needed, so is Focus/Restraint. You could take Avarice Band and never needing worry about Pick up radius
I am paragon 450, I have 1mil damage and 8mil toughness (half of what Dunkelvieh have in this video), Tal Rasha + Firebird build, and I am doing T10 rifts and lvl 50 grifts solo. I am clearing rifts at same pace as Dunkelvieh. I have to use firebird coz my toughness is low, and sometimes they do kill me and firebird's metero revives me. This build is really awesome and I do recommend it to all wizards.
If you find you are a bit too squishy you can switch out the passive skill CD on teleport and use Dominance instead. It gives you a nice shield. 2% shield stacking up to 10 times for every enemy you kill.
So, elemental exposure stacks even if you use only one element, cuz if you read well you might notice there's "or" in-between, which means you don't need to attack with all elements.
Holy moly, now that makes me wanna go for Wizard.
Never played Wizard ever since the game came out back in 2012. And I have been playing it since release xD lol
For me the problem is not running fast and killing mobs with one hit, the problem is clicking for those Death Breathes. 1000/1.25 (TX drop ratio)/60 = 13-14 pick ups per minute. Its like every 4 seconds you have to click at exact icon on the screen.
Just gotten all the items i need for this spec, only 1 ancient though. Tested it now, ohh jeeez.. She is unstoppable!! Pressing button 3, 4 and 5 and off i am :D Thx for this build. Btw - WD helltooth build by Anthony Evans is as fast as this, and prolly better for doing "quests" seeing u get to keywarden etc faster. But for farming all other stuff this is an excelent build, i love it.
OMG, I just spent a whole day making this build and all I can say is "OMG". I can't pick up stuff fast enough. My gear is not even close to this and it's da bomb.

Question:
In the "30 wasted seconds" time period, have you considered looking for the new bounties titled "cursed shrines"? They lead to rooms with 6 pylons, so with nemesis bracers that is 6 elite packs.
We need more torment levels!

Thanks for posting this, Dunkelvieh. Question: Why not roll +explosive blast dmg % on your Orb? If you don't have AP issues, buffing your primary dmg skill seems like a no brainer. Maybe your reason is without it, you have AP issues. If that's the case, then it makes sense.
as of now, i can do that. but when i made the vid, it was my only oid, so i kept the roll as it was.
I searched for a Wond of Woh for over a week. Than i got it, rerolled the stats in the Cube and got an ancient one :D

Currently using this build without the wand, because I have not been lucky with the cube, the but the build still works well.

+Occcl yeah, same here. I play like 1-2 hours per 2 days. so extremly casual. I'm glad that I got a Thorns of the Invoker Crusader who can "solo" T7-8.
I'd like to solo T10, but with my Invoker that'S going to be though, because it relys on enemys attacking you... so I don't have much dmg against rift guardians.
+WhitedevilEE 6 piece set bonus makes your attacks deal 600% of your thorns so basically what you said is not true.

Paragon really didnt matter at this point guys , Like his Wand wasnt that great , and he still cleared soo fast , , Plus if you dont wanna run out of AP , you dont have to pam Frost nova all the time , just one every 8 seconds or so to get the Meteor , beside that its pointless , and just a waste of ap since you are clearing way too fast

Dunkelvieh Yeap saw that ,been playing Wizard for 4 seasons now , Tested alot of builds . This is the fastest one for farming , Comes after it the same one but with Aether walker Zodiac, But it's slower than this

I like the build but I feel i need to focus way harder if I dont run the goldwraps. Also I noticed that the most dangerous times are when you go for shrine and get insta jibbed.
I have 8k vit and I can destroy everything instantly, this build is great
I came up with the same set up last night but I definitely need to tweak it as I was dying quite a bit and my sheet dps was only around 900k. Which was odd considering with slight gear swaps like dropped sages for illusory boots, I can do GR55 no problem.

This build is so incredibly squishy, that it wouldn´t really work without the goldwrap. All your defense comes from that single item combined with the boon of the hoarder gem.Also you cant keep your in-geom up all the time in higher Gr´s, wich is where most of your damage comes from.Arcane orb DMO is the way to go for Gr´s if playing solo, and energy twister DMO for groups if you have the proper support´s.
+hans Diter You might want to watch the video first, the build in the video isn't the goldwrap version. (Cube is Nemesis, Belt is Tal'Rasha.) So no, the survivability doesn't come from Goldwrap. :) 10:00 is where he voices his opinion on Goldwrap.
Though it's still not an optimal or even good build for G-rifts because Sage (and thus Ring of Royal Grandeur) as well as Boon of the Hoarder still go to waste. Thelgow might want to give Fire'Rasha a try (similar playstyle, but more optimized for G-rifts) or the usual Magnus Opus builds.
+hans Diter Yes, I use DMOrbit for solo progression and have done up to 70 so far. But for fast gem leveling I can do this fairly well. GR52 or so in 3 mins. I can manage 55-56 but it can be a little risky. I try to summon RG with an elite kill or save a pylon. If no Ingeom for boss, then I may die a few times, but still tend to finish in under 5 mins.
Nemesis bracers, illusory boots, tals belt. Then I go FB shoulders and Helm at least for the free resurrect. I still need to run some with Orb of Infinite Death vs Firebirds. The slow burn is useless with those HP levels, but I think it does and initial 3000% bonus as the starting burn which is good. Otherwise Orb gives damage and defense. for Cube I put in Aquilas. I paragon my max arcane up a little so I can keep aquilas on to survive another hit. And thats with Taeguks, Trapped and Powerful. I could swap one of those for Esoteric and maybe eat 2 hits.
I use this spec to farm in hardcore. However, I do think Uliana monk may be faster, and the LON crusader may be faster as well
The LON sader cant use the sage set, but its literally 3x faster. With end game gear and paragon, I'd imagine the LON sader would be at rift level 3 while the wiz would still be at level 1. THe sader is stressful to play tho, as constantly moving at lighting speed on the horse makes you dizzy and shit, and you dont get as many AOE kills on white mobs
I do agree however, the wiz is probably the most enjoyable to farm with because you just walk around having all autocasts and just melt everything. THis spec is also great to farm 50-55 with in 2-4 minutes.
as speed farming goes, really a tal rasha set, sage set, explosive blast wand and in geom are must for this build.. with in geom, cdr is really useless as long as you can get to next elite pack in next 15 sec...
in-geom and any other skill or passive for cdr is crap compared to gruesome feast passive for the witch doctor, you dont need to kill elites for it to proc just kill anything and you get extreme cdr!

I personally dont like the current top specs for wiz, and this one too. For a number of reasons - first - I dont like ingeom because it makes me rush all the time and having hard time picking up DB and other stuff, and the second and the main - you got to download and setup a side program in order to autocast stuff, and I really dont think that D3 is a game for that.. It is a game for fun, and for fun I am not looking for maximum efficiency and macro using, I like clicking and actually operating my character, rather than semi-botting. And also it doesnt matter too much for me if its 1000 DB per hour, 900 DB per hour or 500 DB per hour, it matters if I am having fun or not^^
So I am actually using a classic Tal+Sage composition, with Aether Walker and pretty oldschool build (Calamity+Blizzard+Electrocute+Hydra) - it actually gives me a lot of action on using abilities and stuff and at the same time being pretty efficient at T9, with higher paragon T10 would be the same cake. Writing all this just so people dont think that they absolutely have to run current most advertised builds.
I am using this build for farming and DMO for GR87 atm, and i am not using Any macros because its not needed like you stated, since diablo (like world of warcraft) allows you to queue up spells while casting another one which allows swift casting hence macros/bots are not needed for maximum efficience
dont forget to check for "The Cursed Shrines" bounty easy 6 elites with neme bracers

that is call a bot, which you can see him use... lol... aint no real player just mashing the buttons before the buffs are ready again... plus look at how things are picked up without missing a click....again... aint no real player so accurate like that
He's using the numlock feature that the game has where it spams skills. Check yourself before you wreck yourself, scrub.
I have been playing this build for a while now. It is fast, but I can't get my explosive blast to continually pop like this. I have to constantly stop and wait for it to fire up. I must be taking too much time picking stuff up. So, I switched to the aetherwalker.
Why not run nem bracers instead of warz then you can open a slot for something like homing pads in cube for safe recalls without having to kill the straggers
+Nathan Warren Warz is absolutely crucial for clear time, which ups DB farming rate substantially. The movement speed is so much more valuable than I originally gave it credit for.
Personally, I just keep Nem in the bottom left slot of my inventory. Then I simply open inv and swap bracers when I see a Shrine coming, and swamp back out immediately after touching. You don't lose time as long as you do it whilst you're moving, and then you get both effects.
This allows me to have Goldwrap in my cube without losing either bracer (Ideal, since you can run T10 and tank Molten with Boon of the Hoarder, needing 0 Toughness since you'll reach 5~25b anyways as well as the bonus movespeed from 25 Boon).
+Nathan Warren i guess the best option is to keep homing pads in your inventory to swap them in when you leave the rift. But i really dont like gearswapping and it happens way too often to me that i salvage items i keep in my inventory for swapping ^^

As I look at this build I am really confused. What is the point of "boon of the horder" and the shoulders without the goldwrap belt? The whole point of the build was that you could run T10 with a very low toughness because you were getting all kinds of toughness from the goldwrap belt and the gold pickup. This build the boon of the horder and the shoulders are just going to do nothing but get you one shotted!
Nothing oneshots me. Boon is for more movement
+ctbram0627 you are correct, if you look at his paragon he is 1555 so he gets 14000 int many players are not even close to that paragon so naturally squishy, i have more ancient then dunkel but only 600 paragon so my survivibility is like half his toughness so i cannot use his build i die to 1 laser or spell

As soon as I get close to being able to run t9 and tx things start one shotting me. This weekend I died (in HC!!!) three times. I had a lot of backup gear and within a few hours I would be back to a level where I was and then ... boom! ... I will get one shot, recover from unstable anomaly only to instantly die again permanently! it's really frustrating me!
Hm. I have no idea of how HC impacts this build actually. I do not play HC because i never EVER want to experience a char death because of a blizz-DC ... or lag.
on hc i would actually recommend using a goldwrap setup

Tbh, I don't like super high level Diablo like this... You can't even tell what the fuck is going on and it takes the fun out of the game. I prefer strategy and actually being challenged... Oh, and being able to see my character lol
+DoctorWalrus this isn't super high level. this is an efficient way to farm for mats on the highest level you can even farm for mats. if you want the challenge, thats where the greater rifts come into play; all the challenge you can ask for

Running this spec with gold wrap on and using tal rasha off hand, doing the same dmg but ending the rift with around 50billion toughness lol
It's weird, I saw in your 0 Paragon video you do over 1 million dmg. How is it possible my dmg is only around 500k when I'm 500+ paragon with the same items/skills?

I can seem to find elites fast enough.. The CD bonus disappears and ruins the clear speed.

I dont even believe 900 with sages is possible. 600-700 maybe max. (400 without sage)
But sure, its a very good farm build. And indeed you dont need very optimised stuff. Its just that Woh that can be hard to get.

omg you guys! Of course paragon 1555 helps a little. I am running the similar spec and with paragon 445 I am not indestructable. In fact if I run into the right batch of casters it is quite easy to get insta dead! I thought something was odd when I saw you had 2 million damage to my 700k and 18m toughness to my 8m!!! Also I am playing hc so no way I am going without unstable mutation. I start to feel really unsafe from T8 on. As I can get one shot easily with this build and I am using the goldwrap. Without the gold pickup armour bonus toughness in this build is really bad
+ctbram0627 I'm like 600p and I do this just as fast as him if not faster but yes I'm sure his paragon levels help a lot. The first pack you kill mite be tough but once you get gold drops you become a tanky beast with boon of the hoarder + goldwrap
+facehugger89 I agree axcept when I run into a pack of hornets or casters. I can go to dead almost instantly and I am playing hc so that would be bad. I have to use unstable anomaly and in one case both UA and the firebird rebirth. So I don't really feel comfortable running anything solo over T8.
+Erik Sorenson If u play this build with goldwrap and boon of the horder (lvl50) ur nearly indestructable if u loot gold.
To play with this belt u have to use Tal rasha offhand and than ist easy playable.
+Erik Sorenson My build is similar but Toughness really isn't much of an issue if you're careful with goldwrap.
I've dropped goldwrap and I now use Aquilas cuirass for the 50% damage reduction. (Don't have a jewel slot on necklace)
Make sure that you're using orb of infinite depth and try to always have it at 4 stacks.
I don't even use warzechain because with infinite teleports with in geom, movespeed feels pretty useless.
When you get armor or vit gear it will help a bit.
I've been running a variation of this build for a month or so now and in TX I have no issues surviving. Just don't engage an elite pack without either a) 4 stacks of infinite orb defense, or b) prism
Let me know if you're still having issues.
***** not realy iam at 1.3 mio DMG it goes pretty well if ur not farming with 4 ppl, the only thing u realy need is 6 piece bonus tal-rasha, and wand of woh. imo

Do you auto-cast the diamond skin, explosive blast and the frozen nova or do you spam your 2,3,4 keys? ^^
+Justus its auto cast. I'm done spamming keys and destroying both my PCs periphery and my hands with that. I did that with the Monk SWK spec where the spawned clones were doing all the damage ... uargh ^^
however, there are some very elegant ways to do the same without using any type of mouse hotkeys or macros or whatever.
put force move to mouse wheel up and down. numlock the skills you want to use and you'Re good to go.
Yeah I remember that from earlier on with the sweeping wind thing, just wanted to be sure^^

Is it just me, but it seems Frost Nova don't proc the 6-pieces set bonus? Even if I use frost nova, I still miss the cold stack...
I tried it and it never proccd the cold stack. I'll try it again when I get home later. But so far this build rocks! I replaced frost nova by magic missile (cold).
I have all the gear but the Wiand of Woh. Any alternatives? I have the in-geom but no wand. Thoughts?

Im paragon 270 but have meager items and i cant seems to get any decent drops that would help me do more damage and move up in torment level
I can barely solo torment 2 as is

What do you do with this much Death's Breaths? :D , i ran into the issue that i don't have enough white item parts to craft anything.
Maybe I missed it, but when do you talk about why we don't need resource cost reduction? I'm trying this build and sometimes run out of AP.
its on the edge. without the 10% on paragons you run out of resources. i will recordd 2 or 3 rifts without any paragon points (P0!) where you will be able to see that
+Dunkelvieh - Gotcha. No need to go out of your way for me. I've got those paragon levels, so that's not a problem. Also, for whatever reason, I'd been spamming my Storm Armor in my rotation. I've since then corrected this. Hooray for learning!
+Jason Fuller Well, so many ppl claim that i can do it at this speed because of the paragons. It is true that i get faster with more paragons, but even with only 1.1m dps (thats what i have without ANY paragon points) i can do T10. Of course its not perfectly efficient, but then one should just drop to T9 ^^
+Dunkelvieh Yeah, I'm a bit below 1m sheet damage, but I'm able to do T10 without issues (unless In Geom falls off).
+Dunkelvieh paragon plus ur 89 lvl gems might be a slight damage booster.. toss those 2 down to 50 and it slows down significantly. regardless, build is good and efficient.
Dunkelvieh, I am having difficulties keeping my mana full when In-geom procs, yours doesnt seem to dip at all, how do you maintain you mana pool so high?

i have an ancient WOH but i dont know which stat to reroll, 6% damage or 10% resource cost reduced. the base damage is pretty high less than 100 to max.
RCR is useless for this build, so reroll that, 4% extra damage won't matter too much.
confraglation is so useless in this build.. you kill them instantly if you touch them (like you said) so what do you want with 3sek 6% more crit chance to an monster which you hit once.. (crit chance.. wtf you crit always even without the 6%)!! btw. my problem is not the deaths Breath.. more the crystalls
How is your hp bar not even moving... what you see in the video, but the opposite is happening on my wizard.
i think thats because of the damage. things die so fast, they cant do damage

CDR, have 12.5%gem on helm, and 10% from paragon, in ur guild u mentioned 40%, but how do you achieve that? even if you put 8% on shoulder theres still far from 40%, putting cdr on ring is kinda difficult to roll as well....
off topic, weapons that used ramaladni's gift on, if i reforge it, will the socket stays there? or it's lost? is kinda a waste to use on some trash woh....

Cant get Those shoulders in game anymore :( People Said they Got replaced with the "lefevres" shoulders for monk. Really wanted that pickup radius

I know how to use the numlock trick to spam spells (EB/Frost Nove and Teleport) but I can't seem to get it to work to trigger the Focus/Restraint.
+Simon Norris It works the same with a Taeguk, do NOT hold down your mouse when you move otherwise it counts as an input and overrides the skills that are auto-casting. You have to click constantly or time it, either way works.

I've used the mouse wheel up/down for the force move but when I try and use a 4th button in the 'numlock' the 4th button does not work - it seems to be limited to 3 buttons. I only move with the mouse wheel (force move).
im paragon 70 doing t3 pretty easy now. still pretty new to d3. so getting these items for this build, its all just random drops right? does it matter if i do rifts or bounties?
no, it dosent matter. at higher t you can drop 2 instead of one, at 6 1 is save (if im wrong correct me :P)
idesofmars You can get the Ring of Royal Grandeur from act 1 or 3 bounties (random drop) and the sages set is craftable if u get the plans from bounties

if its so hard to get an ancient wand of woh that is good, why not use an easier to get ancient in geom and just cube the wand of woh? since you pretty much only need the wand for its legendary power anyways...
also, i just realized on the video you said, "why would you wait 20 seconds or more in town" actually if you really want more efficiency, why not just clear every level of elites? last time i did a rift i had like 10 more levels after the guardian, until the last level without an exit and i cleared the entire thing, this way there is no need to go back in there, that would not be efficient ;)
The reason you don't want to cube the wand is you're missing a bunch of explosive blast damage the wand has.

Does this build still work, I've been farming for 2 days and finally got all the items, my paragon is 473 my rolls are similar to yours but my damage is only 400k when yours is 2 mil, does paragon level make this much of a difference?
i got mine set up 2 days ago and it works, but if you are below say 1 mil dmg i would fo torment 8 for at least 3 db per pack. (i run with para 550 atm and 1 mil sheet dmg, clearing TX without a problem)

Ehm... Is it okay to use a "auto click" program/software for Diablo 3 ??? U are pressing 2,3,4 constantly at the same time - it's soooooooo obvious that ur using software for this.

its in the grey zone. They allow botters roaming this game and dominating all leaderboards. If you feel unsafe, do all the clicks yourself. but good luck clicking all the buttons in the perfect time. you will destroy both your keyboard and your wrist.
i actually suffered from wrist issues after era 2 or 1 (?) where the strongest monk build was about getting the SWK clones to appear as fast as possible - spamming mantra and sweeping wind.
After that experience i decided i will not EVER again put my wrist into pain because of a game.

Tbh. I have no problem with ppl using this kind of software, as one of the most common once are from the Razer Synapse software that comes with Razer mouse/keyboard. There's even "D3 editions" of these and the software is still viable on those as well. ^^ But actual botting that are doing the job for you when u are not in front of your PC, that's kind of to much since it ruins the whole purpose of Leaderboards.. Or well, at least it's just 1 botter competing vs. another botter...

just try to get all the tal rasha items first. there are setups with tal rasha that dont need in geom/wand of woh to be good, so this will be your first step

If you still got trouble with your survivability, change the Storm armor to Ice Armor with the Crystallize Rune. Doesn't affect your killing potential at any point but increases your toughness by a LOT.

make some more bountys. if you dont have the recipe and no recipe drops anymore, you suffer from a bug. That would mean you would have to level a new char to 70 and do some bounties with it. getting boosted is the best way for that...

How the hell does this work? I have everything except the wand of woh with decent rolls , 43% cdr and im not dealing NEARLY enough damage. i cant even solo grift 35. what's going on?

+Kaito Kidd that totaly depends on your weapon + orb damage and your int. You'd have to calc that for every setup individually. But if you assume 10k Int and add a 650 int ancient ring its a damage buff of 6.5%. Adding a 100-200 damage roll would "only" be a dps increase of 5.6%.
Jump the number up to 15k int and the 650 int ring is only 4.3% more dps. on a non ancient weapon the ancient weapon roll on a ring will always win.
so ... its case dependant, just as most things

I haven't played for a couple of years and I have a DH and wiz at 70(33) but am struggling to get any kit that can let me clear even T1 in 1/10 the speed of what is happening here. Can someone give me a recipe for actually finding usable kit?
+Jason Smith Go on public on T10 and run behind whoever is doing most dmg..... if u see slow group, just change it, trust me none cares about your items or skill in public, just run along and dont do stupid things and u will farm your gear and paragons in now time
Like nenad said, just skill into movement speed/skills, and jump into t10 and follow the group while avoiding damage, eventually you Will get some set items
