To all they are not against marriage its just they couldn't find a partner without insecurities. They want a love that secure them but not drain their energy that most relationship does. These women are gold tbh with their words, search for good man if u are straight takes time, most men come as insecure and some are narcissist so find the ideal partner it's hard. And yeah sometimes the search might not be fruitful, setting the bar low isn't an option tbh just coz u need to have kids before 30 or something. You are nothing but just a breeding machine at the end and if you are bringing some life to the world, make sure that partner whose flesh that life will be isn't a trash.
Be a good wife to a good man but if you don't find the qualities in the partner u are looking for stay single, at least you won't have depression then

The margin between trash and perfect is huge.
I don't understand what point you get with beautiful union with compromise but if men life changes 40% after marriage, a girl's life changes 90%. In one day she will be constantly scrutinized by her mil for her every action coz mil had always been the one handling the house so she definitely don't want the sudden change of authority ( i ain't blaming mil as its natural to be a little cautious about a new human being whom they never knew from birth to come to their house). She has to think to the bottom line of clothes, men don't need to get rid of their wardrobe just coz they are married.
With so many changes happening in her life, depression is inevitable if the husband is a trash ( man child, abusive, makes her feel uncomfortable or stranger, treats like a maid, don't provide emotional needs and use her as a sex tool )
I hope you and the people who likes your comment will understand no one needs a perfect man as a perfect person doesn't exist but needs a man( especially a woman who is straight) to feel her feel secure and protect her mental health when so many things changes around her. Only a person without insecurities can provide that. But this kind of men who crosses even the 50% of the scale is very less in number.
Also that doesn't mean there are absolutely no man who actually is emotionally secured. I said them to find those men and need to stop entertaining jerks who will only drain their energy with gas lighting, manipulation and cornering them.
If girls don't learn to stop entertaining such jerks they will not only learn what a healthy relationship is nor what their actual value is and those jerks will always think they are the epitome of manhood.

They will be stepped down coz of their pushover mentality. Women is the compromiser with the biggest ratio in 70% of the society, they give more to their relationship coz they think their husband, the family even the surname as their own yet get played in most cases. Let's give some examples, the helping hands of many houses said they work to send their kids to school coz even if their husband earns they spend it on alcohol. They also try their best to hide the money they earn to not get robbed.
The businessmen treats their daughters as princess only to get them married to the son of other businessmen to expand business. The so called Princess never asks why her father asks her brother even his son in law to go his office but not her. She changes her home only to play the doll of business men be it her father or her husband who are more thinking about the profit rather her thoughts.
3rd example is the middle class where the lady got married. After a year she gets pregnant and since she can't afford any nanny she leaves her job and bring up the child. When the child brings glory he becomes Sharma Ji ka beta but when he does something wrong, you are the mother who spent more time with him. You made him like this. She takes all the blames.
With all these circumstances do you really think women don't go to any depression? Or do you think they have too strong of a mental health and a thick skin where they don't feel any bad...
It's just they chew and overcome. Most successful relationship has corpses of such traumas which they try to overcome or bury. And if you call me toxic you need to open up those rose tinted glasses.

And lets not give examples of our parents for relationships shall we? We all know most of them had arranged marriages and women had no choice at that time but to stay in such marriages

This conversation was so real and insightful. Choosing the right partner for yourself is an extremely difficult thing these days. I have seen many girls ending up with fu@k boys because they aren't aware of what they want or how to choose a good partner. Most of the girls set their bar (wrong bar)really high and then in the process, they don't even get a chance to connect with good people. I don't believe the fact that Mrunal said we work with actors who have six pack abs but that doesn't mean that we'd end up with one having six pack abs.

Now if you want me to approch this scientifically( medically) about the risks of Ivf, then its another issue, you probably know it very well. If i approach it ethically, you would know that if a mother goes on to bear her child in late 30s early 40s, the chance that she lives her life to see her child getting married becomes slim, and being a grand parent slimmer. As you are a doctor yourself you must be knowing about the growing importance of geriatrics. Now as out society is still far from acquiring the western traits, so the burden of responsibility towards your aging parent will fall on someone in his/her 20s, maynot be financially independent too.
There is nothing WRONG in ivf, but that doesn’t mean that one starts getting married late just because she knows that there is an IVF to help her out.
I’m feeling so sorry for you! Not you many in our society are still with this thought process of our previous generation -marriage ,children at some particular and relating it to de factor of womens health !
