basically yep, i only see the use of the rpg if the eneny isn't moving, is really slow, or is too near (not enough to die of course), specially useful for tanks or armored cars, otherwise (which could represent at least 70% of the situations) the homing launcher is better, either way the rpg is the emergency weapon if you used all your homing misiles
