This man has some beautiful legs. I like how he gave different cues and encouragement throughout the video. I actually did the baby hops along with him because I hadn't heard of them before. I also like learning about a new exercise move like baby hops. By "new" I mean new to me because I haven't done them before. This was good though.
Hi...I just bought a slideboard but it doesn't slide that much so I searched up what the problem could be and I discovered that exist a silicon spray that should help but I sadly don't have the brrrn slideboard but a flexible one and I don't know if it will work on this... any suggestion?
@@Tethysmeer no you don't. You are obviously NOT a speed skater. I have those type of legs from years of kickboxing and now retain their density from speed skating. NO SQUATS WHATSOEVER. I only do full body squats with my body weight. especially when skate training.

For those you'd have to squat with heavy weights.
