I have missed two weeks of training due to being sick. I went for my first run today and quickly realized my lungs were still clogged up ( almost passed out) from coughing! Will try again tomorrow and will need to go into beast mode and stacking up the miles if I’m going to succeed in Ogden marathon. 10 weeks to go!
