About how much did the can of resin cost you? I have the same huffy frame. I think it would be a fun project turning it into a lowride bike to match my 70 Chevy c10. Right now i just got done puttin together a 24" stretch cruiser. Last week i picked up an old 24" cruiser frame. After watching your videos and how you work with the fiberglass mat, the resin and bondo. I thought since i never done anything like that or even work with fiberglass, I might see what i could do. Man you make that shit look eazy haha that shit was pain in the ass, with no experience n all. My frame came out lookin like shit haha. I dont even want to take a pic of it lol but now i know a lil bit more than last week so ima try again forget the fiborglass mat, that shit gets everywhere and sticks to everything. Ima use the fiboglass cloth and adhesive fiberglass cloth strips..
I'm not understanding why you just didn't follow the way it's done in the auto shops. The 1st layer should've been dipped into the resin so that it's thuroughly soaked in. Then layer the other pieces and brush the resin on to them.
Why the f""k would u do twice the work and not wrap the bottom right away? Don't leave curtains hanging, wrap it up with sewing thread where u want it. Or u can use pins and pull them out. And just pour that shit on there, u ain't rubbing Marilyn Monroe's back.

so if I wanted to add a 3d design to the walls thwould I cut out the design from card board glue it to the fiber glass and then add more fiber glass.
