This major again undefeated, just to dissappear in the finals against G2 which they also already beat. Even when they were sandrock gaming in the europe invitational, it was their first pro 3s tournament, and same thing, went undefeated only to completely dissappear in the finals against a team they already beat.
last time na won worlds,it was season 8,at that time,squishy was not even on nrg,nobody knew about zen,vatira,yanxz,atow,daniel,beastome,appjack,rise,joyo,firstkiller,moonkeymon,seiko,juicy and many others

G2 didn't play a single EU team during the whole Major.
None of the EU teams made it to the finals this major
@@jackoplumkin6412 They made it to the 6 other rounds that G2 was in. I really wanted to see G2 vs top EU at some point but the format kinda killed that hype. Hoping Worlds format is a noticeable improvement.
@@Strenkooidk if it’s format fault exactly - played PWR bc they beat OXG, Falcons bc they beat BDS, then GenG who beat OXG. SSG was the matching seed, then Furia beat VIT and M8s beat BDS. at basically every chance for G2 the team they faced had just beat an EU team

They eliminated BDS and Vitality in Major 1 and lost to M8 in the final. They have proven themselves against most teams.

EU won like every other event in the last 2 years yet we've never seen them brag about it , NA won one event now they are the best in the world

I think falcons got the jitters, or didn't sleep well or somethin, but G2 didn't give em a minute to get going. Incredible turn around after they swept G2 3-0 just 2 days earlier.
You should've seen them play against Gentle M8's the match before. They put everything they had into that and it was the closest game of the entire major, against the winners of the previous major. They looked incredible, I just think they ran out of steam for the final, especially after playing the gentle m8's game just an hour or so before. Long enough to have the adrenaline wear off and leave them fatigued.

I can't say i'm a fan of any region in particular more than another but It's funny how NA wins one time in the last WHILE and suddenly NA is somehow overall the best region? When EU has the strongest overall performance.
It’s a reaction to constant trash talk about how inferior NA is, and how the best NA team would lose to the worst EU or MENA team. An NA team is on top, so people are rubbing it in the faces of everyone who insulted the region instead of just supporting teams.
