Lance is so open to all the advice. He's just like "oh okay cool." "Yeah I took your advice and it helped a lot" "I'm gonna try the 5-0. Do you have any advice?" We need more lances in this world.
I really enjoy seeing Lance's progression. I should really show these videos to my friends who are just starting out at an older age as well. It might give them the motivation they need.
I know right. He learned so much tricks but he forgot most of them cause he doesn't practice. What's the point of learning when you don't practice, that never win you a game of skate
I remember when i learned 50-50 and then 5-0s, it helped me a lot to focus on the very spot you are going to land the truck on, and commit to hit that very spot. I also always liked looooooong grinds better. once u lock the truck, and tuck the off wheel against the side of the ledge, balance with the ball of the feet, press a bit there so you don't carve out of it. I think if u (lance) do that, even at that speed, can take it all the way to the end of the ledge. But if not, try to go of with a bit of unweighting, so the board doesn't flips the way it was happening there. It is mor like a kickturn power bomb than a carve out.now I'm hungry for a ledge, and there's not one miles from here. As I am re-learning to skate, I am getting back my Ollie's, now I want to grind, and have no place to- good luck on grinds bro, then try pop shove it 50-50, it is SUPER fun... And do look for a very loooooooooong and smooth ledge and challenge yourself to do 50-50s and 5-0s as long as you can, you'll gradually increase speed with no fear that way. It'd be really.fun to see that on video.
Lance live learns are such an inspiration to a 27yr old like me that hasn't skated in ten years. seriously these vids have gotten me out of my house and out of my extremely unhealthy depressed rut. #skategod #lance4urhealth
This UA-cam channel got me to pick up a board again after 15 years. It was actually Lance, not Aaron that inspired me. One year after being back on my board, I have two pieces of advice for you Lance: 1. Learn to do your tricks with style. (It's more important than you think.) 2. Go FASTER & commit MORE.
Not the best video purely for the amount of people skating around. Can't focus on the advice that Gabe gives Lance because I'm just watching the other people. I know there's other people in all the other videos but this one seems really cramped.
+Braille Skateboarding, where did you get your tripod mount for the potato? I can't seem to find one online, but its pretty evident that you somehow managed to find one.
Lance should just ride his board around for a while and get comfortable. he's extremely awkward and has absolutely no board control. I feel like he spends too much time standing around talking and then trying little tricks. you gotta learn to ride and everything else will come more naturally
I lost my board in the gutter, but you guys are great! I love Arron, Lance and Gab's videos and you have taught me to skateboard and learn my first tricks and I love you guys. The tutorials are awesome and keep Skating and Reviving the spirit I am trying to teach my friend to Ollie. Sound Effects: "Be do ne nu ne.
AARON I NEED HELP! I've been trying to kickflip BUT whenever I do the board spins almost like a varial flip. and I know I'm doing them right because I try them rolling and I only land my front foot on the board but whenever I try to land both feet on the board it's almost like a varial flip SOONEEONNNEE HEEELLLLPPPP
A couple of these you had really well, but if there is one thing I would improve on, is getting your weight over the ledge. That will help with locking in for sure. Nice job Lance!
Braille is one of the best skate UA-cam channels out there because they don't just show off their best tricks they teach people to make them feel confident and they bring a bit of fun and comedy to push skating which I think is really good.Good job guys
I like the fact that you wanted to do it again to improve, but maybe after the first successful attempt, don't show AS MUCH failed attempts until you get to the next one? It kind of makes the video move slowly for me. It's cool to show a few fails in between successes in order to get across a sense of battling the trick. But maybe not as much.
I think lance should do more skating than filming just so he can keep maintaining his skating ability and it might help him land more tricks more often
just out of curiosity, has lance ever slammed or sprained/rolled anything? I dont think i've ever seen him take a fall or kiss the concrete. Always just kind of plops off or kicks out/bails.
girlsskating sanjose On the fs 180 video he has, one time when he heelfliped he took a slam, he took a slam trying to rock to fakie on the braillehouse mini ramp
Braille I have a question and I don't know if you'll answer or not here it is, basically yesterday I learned my first 360 flip!!!!! YESSS but. For some reason I CANNOT land kick flips. I can't at all it! The board either over rotates or I land primo ( ouch)!! Any advice ?
Could those "spring" trucks be hurting him?? I mean, like, I just imagine those trucks must make everything feel squishy. I think Lance should try going back to some regular trucks and try the 50 again to see what he thinks.
+upuu i've got busted twice on my campus before. just be hyper alert for cops; dont have earbuds in while you skate on campus, if you see anything that looks like a cop just hop off and walk it till he's out of sight
Lance, try keeping your weight more over the board. By watching you doing this, it looks like you are getting out too soon because you're leaving your body too far. Try like, going with the board.. I hope that makes some sense and maybe help you getting longer grind tricks :)
I get it, but do you guys really have to make a big deal about "first try" ? I feel like it puts extra pressure on you for no reason... or maybe that pressure is what gets you good. idk
exactly, ive seen him do things in a youtube videos span that took me weeks or months to learn. sure the time is cut a little for the video but he still does it in one session. and honestly thats impressive
I feel like a good thing to do before trying a full on 5-0 would be to get in a 50-50 and then try to manual as you are in the 50-50, just to get you used to the feeling of a 5-0? I can't skate so I might be way off with that but it sounds like it makes sense to me?
I looked at the thumbnail instead of the title first and I was wondering why HOW TF IS LANCE ABLE TO SWITCH FRONT CROOK and I read the title and I was like oh nvm
Thinking about switching to Adidas Busenitz.. Been wearing Van's Old Skools but they tear up to quick! Has anyone done this or does anyone have an opinion?
It's time to start learning some harder flip tricks. Try doing pressure flips, hard flips are pretty simple if you can get the idea down and try some Tre flips as well. So what if you can't land them right away or even flip them properly, it's all about learning and progressing.
who LOVES that wheel scraping sounds?
MEH
No one
lol
this guy
Me
they're making lance learn way too many tricks before he even has them down. like he barely has 50-50s down and he's already learning 5-0s?
I know his 50 50 s are horrible
Floahting some people can find it easier to 5-0 than 5050. A 5-0 is similar to a manual.
@@benjaminpoirier6297 bro these comments were from 4 years ago. You don't have to reply lmao
@@forre09arre Lol I love it
i have 5050s every try for some reason 5-0 are super hard to me also because i don’t have a low ledge
#justinforbraille JUSTIN INTO THE BRAILLE TEAM 2K16. Make it happen! And no, I will never stop (sorry)

Lance is so open to all the advice. He's just like "oh okay cool." "Yeah I took your advice and it helped a lot" "I'm gonna try the 5-0. Do you have any advice?" We need more lances in this world.

+amskater Hi Doug!

Hey Doug, reply for no reason
Lance needs to skate every day so he get consistant
I really enjoy seeing Lance's progression. I should really show these videos to my friends who are just starting out at an older age as well. It might give them the motivation they need.
Yah it's cool to see him getting better and better.
I think part of me is living my childhood dream of being a good skateboarder through Lance's learning to skate. Thanks Braille!

I feel like lance would be a lot better if he actually practiced more instead of having to relearn the same thing every week
I know right. He learned so much tricks but he forgot most of them cause he doesn't practice. What's the point of learning when you don't practice, that never win you a game of skate

He should be able to do a strawberry milkshake

+Braille Skateboarding, where did you get your tripod mount for the potato? I can't seem to find one online, but its pretty evident that you somehow managed to find one.
cmon lance you can just land it one time and never do it again, you gotta do it everyday so you can have them first try all the time
Lance should just ride his board around for a while and get comfortable. he's extremely awkward and has absolutely no board control. I feel like he spends too much time standing around talking and then trying little tricks. you gotta learn to ride and everything else will come more naturally
Lance bro just do every day 10 5050s and 10 5-os believe me just do the tricks every day !!!!!!!
look how intensely lance is looking at gabe at 1:08 ..almost seductively.
bro that big dude at 5:50 impressed me, homie almost pulled off a blunt slide. sick!
definitely should try crooks.. one of the most fun grinds in my opinion.
I have an idea for the next episode of stupid skate. Shoe laces tied together

+Manolette Reyes You cant just replace the damn point of the the whole meme.
I miss Lance. He's so relatable
Do a video where garret or aaron or gabe shred the whole fremont park

Lance Has Excelled So Damn Much, I've Had Friends Skate For 10 Years And ONLY Pick Up An Ollie, 180, Shuvit, And Kickflip!
Five years later this inspires me to do it right now
DAMN DANIEL, Back at it with the dab !
the thumb nail looks like hes doing a switch front crook. NOW THAT'S IMPRESSIVE!
Also, what's with the camera quality?
Could those "spring" trucks be hurting him?? I mean, like, I just imagine those trucks must make everything feel squishy. I think Lance should try going back to some regular trucks and try the 50 again to see what he thinks.
What is the best way to ride my skateboard to and from school when my school bans skateboards on campus?
+upuu really fast so you can outrun campus police
+upuu i've got busted twice on my campus before. just be hyper alert for cops; dont have earbuds in while you skate on campus, if you see anything that looks like a cop just hop off and walk it till he's out of sight
did any body notice the 2 kids at 3:10
+Kill_Joy_5000 i tried not to
look at the kid with the laces tied up to each other LOL
Thxxx guuuyyys!!!! Soooooooo helpful...
challenge - game of skate in cowboy boots
Lance, try keeping your weight more over the board. By watching you doing this, it looks like you are getting out too soon because you're leaving your body too far. Try like, going with the board.. I hope that makes some sense and maybe help you getting longer grind tricks :)
That kid at 1:58 made me kinda cry...He finna Get beat up for doing such shitty ass dabs whilst looking so proud

Lance is gonna become pro in no time.
More lance videos less board breaking videos
those kids in the background XD
that dab
I feel like I can't relate most skate-wise to Lance than any other person on this channel
I get it, but do you guys really have to make a big deal about "first try" ? I feel like it puts extra pressure on you for no reason... or maybe that pressure is what gets you good. idk
Good, lance. how long has lance been skating? I remember the live skate support like 2 years ago
honestly though , lance learns pretty quickly. he really is pretty good for the amount of time hes been skating
I agree. He probably skates once a week maybe and has a nice collection of tricks. I hate the lance hate on here.
exactly, ive seen him do things in a youtube videos span that took me weeks or months to learn. sure the time is cut a little for the video but he still does it in one session. and honestly thats impressive
I sprained my ankle or soemthing trying this yesterday :( keep learning new tricks Lance!
Watching lance skate depresses me, he doesn't seem confidant at all.
I feel like a good thing to do before trying a full on 5-0 would be to get in a 50-50 and then try to manual as you are in the 50-50, just to get you used to the feeling of a 5-0? I can't skate so I might be way off with that but it sounds like it makes sense to me?
Nah dude you got it! :)
What the heck is up with the quality????
I looked at the thumbnail instead of the title first and I was wondering why HOW TF IS LANCE ABLE TO SWITCH FRONT CROOK and I read the title and I was like oh nvm
lance, you should learn 3 shuvs.
Sweet awesomeness yeeeaaaahhh....
And at 5:29 the “First Try” slogan was invented 🤣
Yup
Lance you should make a video on how to be a skate filmer. editting tips, angle tips, etc.
Hey Lance, you're getting better every day, don't overthink it too much though buddy. love you #NoHomo
Never heard lance talk this much
why does lance always lands a trick and has to re learn it every time ?
He probably doesn't do one often enough to master the trick.
Lol Lance is such a sell out XD "Check out skateboarding made simple 3"
Lance if you learned to do a nollie flip trick I would be so proud because I haven't even got one yet!
Thinking about switching to Adidas Busenitz.. Been wearing Van's Old Skools but they tear up to quick! Has anyone done this or does anyone have an opinion?
that little chunky kid hit the dab hahaha
I had an old signature trick many years ago.. can ya guys bring the 1 footed 5-0 alive for me .. I haven't seen one anywhere, thanks bud , -plough
When you do a skate everything again skate a pogo stick (I tried it acksept the pogo doesn't work)
It's time to start learning some harder flip tricks. Try doing pressure flips, hard flips are pretty simple if you can get the idea down and try some Tre flips as well. So what if you can't land them right away or even flip them properly, it's all about learning and progressing.
Geeeez Lance, you're progression is ridiculous. If you skated everyday, you could be a fully sponsored skater in like a year or two. Congrats man!!!
The Warriors kid who dabbed tho! :D Come and check out our channel!!!!
