And if you don't want a witness to not look "flustered", then why not have them have prepared answers? Specially knowing Dan's questions are professionally written to have the witness look flustered. And a witness has to think before they talk. Hech, he may say something happened at 2:30 pm when it really happened ay 2:29 so now he committed perjury. Or he said 2:25 pm in a previous testimony and know he said 2:30.

Then we discover the reason why he lied about being audited was because he had Russian and Chinese bank accounts. In fact, Trump paid more tax to China than in the US in one calendar year.
So, if this guy testified that Hunter had a business meeting with his father, and then later acknowleged that witness said nothing about business meeting (as confirmed by the text), should that be considered lying under oath?

The reason he hasn’t been found guilty is because he hasn’t been in a non-political court for criminal charges. He was found guilty of defamation and a civil case for sexual assault and his company was found guilty of financial crimes and his “charity” was guilty of being a piggy bank. When (not if) he is found guilty in a criminal trial, will you rescind that comment?

You mean like the long drawn-out investigation of trump that was based on hearsay and worse and had already been disproven and was not probable cause to start the investigation while they've dragged out this case so long that the statute of limitations has already expired on all but two years of the felony tax fraud? The only issue here is that they're slow walking me investigation until the statute of limitations expires on the rest of it as much as possible. If Hunter had been the child of trump they would have already buried him under a prison and impeach Trump for being involved.

Goldman asked a series of very simple questions related the subject of the hearing. He got back direct answers virtually every time except at the end when the witness began to dissemble. They don't have any evidence that was not available to the prosecutor.
