What type of gym flooring are you using in your home gym? You're an inspiration, keep up the hard work!!
Have you tried the Goggins challenges? 4 miles every 4 hours for 24 or 48 hours. Then there is Nickels and Dimes, which is minimum 25 pull-ups and 50 pushups, up to 50/100 respectively.
Every 4 hours wouldn’t actually be rough until day 2 .. it’s like A burbon chase and if your endurance runner like 50k plus .. it would be fun ..
I have done that challenge it is a killer. I did it after Chad coordinated the challenge with the 1st Phorm staff.

We just stay on the roads, they salt a-lot here in Ohio. The sidewalks are another story!

Hi, I’m a woman in her 20s and I’m training to become a U.S. Navy SEAL. I’m a civilian and I want to go enlisted.
What advice would you give for women that want to be SEALs? If you had to go to BUD/S again, how would you prepare differently? What books or workout programs would you recommend?
Most female SEAL candidates struggle with carrying the boats and logs, doing pull ups, having grip strength and completing the “Dirty Name” on the obstacle course. Also, a lot of female SEAL candidates break their legs or develop stress fractures.
