Almost 2 years later and he’s still getting roasted on Twitter
He still is lol
Lel. i just had to check and its true. no matter what he writes now he is a walking talking meme. at this point just delete your social media and change your name. His twitter reminds me of the cracker barrel situation
well he got a few more years of that left and I bet he will outlive "can it run crysis" and it is on year thirteen
The only way out of this is remaking that video with the right stuff done and himself taking account of his mistakes.
The main problem was his response to the backlash. If he would've came out and took responsibility for his mistakes the internet might've forgiven him
"He is not fighting static he is fighting cancer" OMG I died...
I watched this for the second time and I had just realized he said that and I laughed so hard.
That was the best part for me!!!
I almost died of cancer but the Verge fought it off for me.
i died at that point! It was fucking horrible!

@RavenPrecept And the Streisand effect claims another victim.
@Joshua Lanier Oh God, that part. It's like a kid proudly proclaiming that he has a phone when everyone and their grandma has one.
@RavenPrecept Same. I was seeing so many tech based twitter accounts talking about it.

It is absolutely disgusting that The Verge couldn't handle constructive criticism and instead tried to destroy the lively hoods of UA-camrs. Good to see that UA-cam actually stuck up for creators for once. We've got your back, Kyle!
I looked into it and apparently one of their editors removed the strike.
Not saying that the verge is good though.
@@dillonstone_3420 He says so, but other evidence suggests (lookup this weeks WAN show from LTT, they give this a lot of time) it was actually UA-cam who removed the strike...
i agree 100% , they cant handle constructive criticism can they ?
@@dillonstone_3420 UA-cam already contacted Verge media saying their copyright claim is probably not legitimate.

This video came in handy as I just got my Ryzen 7 Octocore CPU. Yeah, I got one and it's a third generation chip...SUPER exclusive!

Jesus... we should report the Verge video as spam/misleading, before some poor unknowing kid ruins his new build that he's been saving up for and accidentally uses that video as a guide.
That's what I'm saying, NVM the fact that they are idiots, some kid is gonna ruin his build.
@Orangefan Yes I agree with your point that this is a misleading video. I wouldn't want to mess up my build watching from this person at all.
Yep I did it
After building my first PC last month and watching this video, it was just so gawd awfully cringy that it should *NEVER* be recommended for first time builders. I learned to build it from Bitwit, TechSource, and the ScatterVolt. These guys do extraordinary jobs!
