    Finger licking good chicken wings are taken to a completely different level with lup cheong fried rice stuffing! (lup cheong aka Chinese sausage).
    De-boned, marinated, stuffed then deep fried, these wings will tempt everyone!
    So scrumptious, they just FLY off the plate! he he!
    *Ingredients:-*
    16 chicken wings
    bowl of lup cheong fried rice (see below for link)
    cornflour and egg for coating
    cooking oil
    *Marinade -
    3 tablespoons sugar,
    1/2 cup soya sauce,
    1 heaped tablespoon garlic & ginger paste
    1/4 cup Chinese wine.
    **Method:-*
    1. Debone two sections of each chicken wing as per video. You need a small sharp utility knife to cut meat away from the bone, twisting by hand at the joints to free the bone.
    2. Marinate wings in above marinade overnight.
    3. Stuff each wing with lup cheong fried rice. Secure with toothpicks.
    4. Coat each wing in cornflour, then beaten egg then cornflour again.
    5. Deep fry.
