Tara Kruse being a modeling has little to do with looks and a lot to do with skill. People have coaches and work for years before doing big shoots like this
@Emma Beaumont thats because she was given the role of the "innocent" nurse as she mentioned which was most probably the simplest and easiest for a novice model. Others were given the positions of more eccentric nurses with required more difficult expressions and poses to pull off. Undoubtedly they all gained a bit of direction from the photographer as it was also catered to his vision and style but i find that with a photoshoot like this, there really isnt a clear cut on what a nurse should look like, i think everyone did well though

It's crazy but a lot of the vintage styles are wet/roller sets but I believe they used hot rollers on her, they TEASE the mess out of them, to give them a soft look and smooth it out with a pomade. I loved it. It framed her face so beautifully.
