Martina hiding in the bushes with bright pink hair is a mood
She IS a meme in that…
@@gypsysnickerdoodle4354 Martina is trying create a new style "Memelity". Her final result is Flawless Victory of the new movie she is promoter as Master Duelling Art : "Martina Kombat"💜🥊Who Will Be accept her creative struggle challenge?
Right?! It's all I need to see for the day lol
How your comment is 1 day ago, but the video was released 3 hours ago?

You are now appropriately dressed to steal gravel from the neighbour.
I'm dead.😂
Is the tiger from your pfp real?
@@qwe_qwe6299 Me at a strip club with a Siberian tiger. Best Clue card ever.
I laughed out loud at this
LOL!
Martina: "I am not good at sewing"
Martina: "I have no idea what I'm doing"
Also Martina: *creates masterpiece*
E
She does this all. The. Time.
There's definitely a level of self doubt in there like there is with most artists I know, but knowing who this person is, it wouldn't surprise me if she basically has unrestricted access to professional trainers, who can basically just coach her through what she's doing while she's doing it, so at least to the average person it looks like a really professional job
can we just bring stuff like this back into fashion please
i would love to walk down the street like this and see other people dressed similar
facts!
I think a lot of us would like that.
YES, I want to walk around in Edward Kenway‘s robes
imagine putting this on in the monday morning huh
@@yurashka1420 you would do it once, see that it is too much effort, extremely uncomfortable, and never do it again :)
Martina: "I'm not that good at sewing"
Also Martina: Drafts her own pattern and makes a very detailed coat....
I call bs ma'am. You rock!
Imagine if she was good at sewing. All of her work on other materials helps here for sure.
What can't she do, I mean really? She makes everything look effortless.
Beat me to it
@@frankierzucekjr it’s real talent. From crafting to drawing and painting, literally nothing could stop her
she's very good, or she wouldn't be able to leave the pens in lol I shuddered beginning seamstress here =D

#IAMDETH!
Ah, so that's what that pouch was for..
Thank you so much for pointing that out.
Vanakkam from Tamil Nadu.
MARTINA IS AN ABSOLUTE QUEEN - the only UA-camr that starts with “THIS VIDEO IS AN AD” we love her
The fact that I've been trying to make a big ass dress + corset + bodysuit combo for like 2 months but couldn't manage to even finish the patterns, and put this video as background while actually making the patterns, and it made me not only push myself to finish this part tonight but also made me want to make something fun again just, brings me life. I definitely needed some inspiration and this was the push I needed, thanks for the video and I'm so glad I came across your videos
Usually when UA-camrs say “I’m not good at sewing”, it’s followed by a series of ill advised shortcuts and a hot glue gun, Martina is out here drafting patterns and getting all fancy with detailed accents.
Okay but, everytime they use hot glue and leave the edges just RAW (especially on woven fabrics), I smile and think "That's gonna be useless after the first wash."
And also going to town straight on the actual fabric. No mock-ups.
@@zanet391 using HOT GLUE on clothing is a crime anyway. Those pieces were trash right from the start.
Such a cool costume! Absolutely love all the leather armor work!!! ❤️
Thank you so much, guys! 😄🙌
Woah! KamuiCosplay watches nerdforge :D I love both of your stuff so much!
You two are so amazing. Woudn't it be cool if you did an video together. Pls never stop with making such cool content!
You need to make a content together.
The finished outfit, modeled out in the woods, was just ... Wow!
bro you reminded me that right by my neighborhood was some woods until they decided to cut down the trees and make it a neighborhood :T
This must be so cool for the character designers who worked on the game, to see their design made in reality and worn like that!? As an artist that would be like Nirvana for me that’s so satisfying
I loved the intro to this video. Martina “lurking” in normal clothes was hilarious. And the transition from the woods to the basement, that camera work was excellent! Love the little details like that. 😁
That was an amazing ending!! At first I was like "Ooop, girl, you okay?", then I almost spit my coffee...😂😂😂😂
I'm really glad that I read this comment because I would have missed it, lmao
19:44 Whenever I will see a Bandit in King's Bounty 2 I WILL IMAGINE THIS
I am busy writing a book, and this character is perfect!!! I really want to add something similar to this.
You inspire me to continue with art and creativity, and your work fills me up with ideas for my book.
🤩
There's a great app for helping you make your book, world anvil. Not specifically for writing books but it would probably help a lot!👍
Any tips for new authors?
"I am Death!"
Laughed too hard it hurt my muscles! 🤣
I think she failed her stealth role though... lol
**skwirk, skweek, skwirk, skweek, shuffle**
"I am DEATH!!"
Yes, you really are, Martina. Indeed 😂🤣😵
Leather armor... not quite as stealthy as D&D rogues would have us believe.
I laughed hard at that part
She says 'I don't know what I'm doing' and the proceeds to make the most amazing stuff! Martina, you are awesome!
The amount of work she puts in to each and every piece is phenomenal
Me during the reveal: ooh yes, very sneaky, much stealth
Martina: crunch crunch cronch krnch
Stealth attempt in any armor is quite funny in real life. Most fun comes with scale armor.
"It's time for the final assembly!"
*Proceeds to dismantle Ashley.*
Martina- Hansie wrap me in cling film and tape me in!
Hansie- ah yes, a normal tuesday
In all seriousness this is so epic I love it so much, killing it as usual
The coat looks so good! I'm impressed by your confidence when you just cut that fabric after you said you had no idea what you were doing and it turns out so cool.!
The diversity in your abilities and skill with so many mediums is mindboggling. Often I watch the videos and just sit and shake my head. Your wit and charisma on camera are more than noteworthy too. Keep stretching, Martina!! We are amazed.
Thank you so much! 😄
@@Nerdforge sewing, letherworking, creativity.. and probably more
The gods have blessed thee with many talents.
@@Nerdforge oh yeah, and there's also the guy who does your measurements. Very cool 👍
@@Pyracyntrix his names hasse
@@NewSequence.clothing Hasse is cool 👍
As someone who has been sewing and pattern making for just about 20 years… you Martina can no longer say you’re not a good sewer and have no idea what you’re doing. It takes talent and knowledge to be able to create basic patterns and you have made this… you amaze me at every turn. Your skill and talent are phenomenal.
Also, it's a coat. I've been putting off making one forever (I just can't find one with a twirly bottom and I desperately need one, okay?) while I'm making fully boned corsets with hand-sewn eyelets and flossing, which are considered advanced level by most.
When using your clothes for making a pattern, it’s easiest to turn the shirt/dress/sweater inside out and fold it in half. That way you already have your seam allowance. Fold your fabric in half as well (easier for cutting) 🙂
🎵 Ashley baby, you make me feel so alive! 🎵 Loved that reference! The Rogue armour looks incredible, i couldn't believe the silver parts and daggers weren't metal even after watching how you made them!
Ashley was not that terrifying......
Until you pointed it out!
lol
In fact, Martina looks more terrifying than Ashley in that suit..
@@jocelyns5331 Wouldn't agree... But at least it's an opinion
She also looks like she’s about to cry. I wouldn’t be surprised to see a tear rolling down her face.
thats my name, tf
"I don't know shit about sewing- let's sew!" is just... a beautiful attitude. Just wonderful. Love it!
"It's time for final assembly"
Immediately followed by Martina disassembling Ashley's arms :P
You deserve way more credit than you are getting... woahh that looks so amazing, well donee!!
Thank you so much!!
looks so sick! (my favourite part is hansis fly being open while painting xDD)
Thanks for pointing it out, this is definitely not going to be the most upvoted comment now!
@@Nerdforge sorry I had to xD
Hands up who went back to look…😈🙋🏻♀️
Dang it, guys, I wouldn't have even noticed...
I'm just wondering where you guys are looking. Like my eyes were on the daggers...😂😂
Martina: *does this, that, some more of this, shovel microphone*
Hansi: DAGGER
LOL that part was hilariously unexpected
shovel microphone is best microphone.
"I'm not that good at sewing". Procedes to make a perfect coat.
this is certifiably insane, imo...
just... EVERYTHING HANDMADE???
INSANEEE MAAAMMMMMM INSANE TALENT INSANE HARDWORK INSANE ARTISTRY!!!!!
just the amount of skill effort & mental energy required to accomplish this with just you two????
INSAAAAANNNEEEEEEEE
there are just no words to describe what a freaking feat it is you all achieved by yourselves....
"Do I look like an assassin?"
Uh... more like a forest pixie trying to blend in as a human.
@Jules Herbert Hello fellow The Dragon Prince fan!
@Jules Herbert "oh! I love human rayla!"
@the Gothish Gardener nice reference
behold the purple haired shadow!
@The Gothish Gardener HIGH FOUR!
When Martina says she doesn't know what she's doing and here I dont even know how to turn on the sewing machine lmaooo 😭
Great work guys!!!
Right!!? Martina is all, "I've never worked with this before" and then... well... perfection and precision! They're both so amazing!!
Well it usually has a button..
i cant stress this enough, i love prop weapon. the processes that are used to make all types of them are justelegant, and they mimic the real things almost perfectly. then they can be used for many different things, whether its hard rubber, or dense foam, for actual safe fighting or resin, 3d printed, etc as hero props. they are just *chefs kiss* beautiful. they always compliment the costume designers and creators because like. the costumes are always beautifully made too. this costume was just satisfying to see come to life.
can we all have this moment to thank her for being patient and dealing with her art work til lthe end for us😭😭😭
You're now officially the loudest "assassin" in the entire forest.
But what a great costume! You're so talented.
she failed her stealth check
I feel like any possible passersby would be very worried for her mental stability. I think its great but I also have a bit of context for what is going on.
Not only do your skills improve with each video, but they are becoming more and more entertaining to watch for their editing and writing improvement. Thanks for the great quality content.
14:11 "I have no idea what I'm doing, but I'm thinking it will work" - that could be my life motto
Al the armour, the weapons, pouch, EVERYTHING was awesome!!! EXCELLENTTT
I think Ashley is pretty cool! I loved seeing her get geared up, great work team :-)
Collab with Nerdforge when Brent? ;)
@@PickleRoar yes please 😁
really good one! 🍻 you managed to make the boot covers very fast 😂😂
Hahahah thanks, Smoe! 😂🙌
Amazing work! Really enjoyed following along with this project.
The armor videos are so cool. I would love to see more. You’re builds are fantastic as well
You're always thinking outside the box. Your layout planning pays off again.
" meet me in the basement ... you're already here great" hahahahaha such a perfect transition!
omg please keep making more of these! I even enjoy your spell book series.
Fantastic , the final product looks absolutely incredible! This is the 2nd video i have watched (new to this channel) and i must commend your skills highly, aswell as your dedication. seriusly a badass looking costume on both you and Ashley lol. loved how patient Ashley was😁. You have gained a subscriber.
Me Reading "full body Armor" in the title: you got my Attention.
Also me Reading "Assassin" in the title: but now you got my interest.
Yeees! The shovle microphone
The blue is probably the best color it could've been and it looks STUNNING!
“I don’t have much experience with sewing” proceeds to sew one of the coolest cloaks I’ve ever seen.
Martina: "I have very little experience with sewing and no idea what I'm doing"
Also Martina: *Makes a beautiful and complicated coat without a pattern or instructions*
The pandemic has given you millions of face mask templates to choose from for this project. I love this and I can't wait for the new Kings Bounty 2 to come out!!!! This costume is in my favorite colors, and I just can't get over how good it is! I also can't get over the fact that every time you say you aren't good at sewing, you go and create something like this!
Your handcrafting skills are really amazing!!
Amazing project and it is wonderful to watch your creative ingenuity at work to solve problems and create solutions
I hope the concept artist who designed that assassin gets to see this. Thats some next level fanart. (Helps that you get paid)
well, she did say that this was an actual commission from the game, so I'd say the concept artist will definitely see this.
Martina: "I don't have experience with sewing" "I don't know what I'm doing."
Me, a Cosplayer and someone who does know what she's doing: "You literally just drafted your own patterns.....and sewed them together.....you know what you're doing." lol
p.s. weathering....would make this even more spectacular. -chef kiss-
It all looks like cinema quality stuff. Bet she and her crew could do a cool indie movie on a shoestring budget.
Having the clock visible is a brilliant idea and shows how much work truely goes into your projects. Brilliant as always
The teal/blue-gray is freakin perfect, looks amazing!
Hey, Martina, if this crafting and creating thing doesn't work out, you really ought look into comedy and/or acting! Good stuff!!
Lolol but it definitely IS working out!
I love when you put the clock in the frame!!!
it makes the whole process feel more real in a way? to me in videos things tend to look super easy for the person doing it but seeing the actual time and not just a sped-up collage of videos put together absolutely helps to not give up before even starting becase 'i will never be this good'.
LOVE the outcome it's stunning!!!!
Great costume, and amazing sewing!
It always cracks me up, people designing badass assassin costumes, when assassins looked like the scullery maid, the gardener's assistant, or the kids' tutor. Hiding in plain sight.
One word Awesome!
I wish at the end when running around the woods after you got the hero shots bright daytime to really show off that awesomeness, edit the video for a darker night look. Day to night look.
Very awesome no matter what.
“A fancy clothing hanger” I mean, she’s not wrong
I saw the title of this video and was like 'Yes! this is what I need after a long, hot day at work!'
It looks incredible and I not so low key want one myself!
Wonderful armor. It would be great if you write the name of the music that you used in the video.
This is so well-made. I'm really impressed with how it turned out!
I can't stop rewinding that last part, the whole outfit looks so cool and cozy, I would wear it for everyday use if I lived in a cold country xD
"I'm not really good at sewing" proceeds to be amazing.
Awesome. It looks amazing. All the hard work and coutless hours going into it!
the cloak is gorgeous!!!!! TOT The sewing you did was superb!!! I WANTTT
Your talent never ceases to amaze me. You can now take off the "I'm not skilled at sewing." That statement is no longer true. Great job. Hope to see more like this in the future.
You should do one for hansi so you would be an assassin couple
Also the suit looks AMAZING 🤩🤩
Yes I was just thinking the same. I think it would be great to see him get a great costume too! This is so amazing!
Hi. I've only just discovered your channel and I have to admit it is amazing and I'm blown away by you. I love your enthusiasm and bubbly personality. You are super talented and I really enjoy your tutorials and work. The Rogue costume is of movie quality and very impressive. I'm enjoying catching up with your work. Loved the Bob Ross van painting too. Keep up the fantastic work. You are a joy to watch and inspirational. Thank you.
I love when you can tell that Hansi is there running the camera! (And he thinks Martina is just as adorable as we do)
This turned out far better than I could have imagined. You are seriously improving and I love to watch you hone your skills
Our family just joined as patrons and the kids are THRILLED to see our names on the screen…and maybe us adults too :)
I am blown away. Martina, you and Hansi are amazing. I absolutely love watching your creativity. It gives me so much inspiration. And the woods around you make me wanna move to Norway!
whenever I need to motivate myself to do crafty stuff I watch those videos again, works every time !
Seeing such cool costumes is helping me resurrect the sleeping artist in me. It's been long since we're all stuck at home. I'm glad I found your channel. You're amazing ❤️
I genuinely appreciate the utility pouch. Some time back, I made my own super hero costume, and utility was at the forefront. So cool to see you combine form and function in all your projects.
This looks SO stunning, you're such a talent! The only thing I would add would be some sheaths for the knives, so you (your character) don't need to hold them both all the time ;)
Would have been cool and a bit terrifying of you slowly repositioned Ashley on each shot so it looked like she was slowly moving XD
"I've always wanted to be a bad-ass, a rouge." Girl you are a bamf. Just look at all the stuff you do, to inspire people!
Rogue lol
the Escape the Fate reference was perfect
came here to say this. nice surprise
Same
Amazing!
I love it! Looks extremely coll
can you imagine the potential if you guys befriend a blacksmith? omg!
Yo this must happen
I love the Escape the fate reference when you brought out "Ashley" lol.
Always when I see a new video of Nerdforge I'm super hyped, but when it is an cosplay video. Then I can't breath anymore. Really nice costume good job!!
Wow, thanks!
It turned out super cool!! And I trace clothes for cosplay patterns all the time, it works great!
Your costumecraft is out of this world! Such a beautiful costume!
I just started making things out of leather as a hobby as a new thing. looking at how you make the armour pieces and pouch definitely gave me some ideas for my own projects :D awesome stuff!
If you are just beginning on leather, I would recommend Weaver Leather Supply. The host on their channel shows a lot of tips and tricks on armor and other projects.
Martina: i have no idea what im doing but im thinking it will work
Me feeling called out: same
Great work again guys such a cool outfit
Me: same
but then it doesn't work
All I needed to see was one of your videos before I hit subscribe. I love your work! Plus, you're funny, talented, humble, and, if I may be a little bold, you're drop dead gorgeous. I have a similar sense of humour as you do, and I also work with resin (I make dice). I'd love to try making costumes in the future, but I have very little knowledge on sewing, lol. I'm also envious of your work space! Goals! You're amazing, and your work is phenomenal. Keep it up!
I'm glad you're getting more sponsors. I don't like ads normally really but I do like that you're getting work
