In conversation with Prof. Ram Ramaswamy, President, Indian Academy of Sciences.
Prof. Ram Ramaswamy has a keen interest in computational biology and non-linear sciences. Prof. Ramaswamy specialises in the interface of chemistry, biology and physics. After acquiring a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Loyola College at Chennai and M.Sc. from IIT-Kanpur, Prof. Ramaswamy did his Ph.D. from Princeton University. An author of many research papers, Prof. Ramaswamy is presently the director of Indian Academy of Sciences at Bengaluru and Professor at the School of Physical Sciences at Jawaharlal Nehru University.
