This is blatantly RACIST and offensive!!!
In 2024, you need to identify the Tribe you are referencing or shut up. I am tired of being lumped into a group by ignorant people like you!!
If you saw me on the street, you would probably assume I was something other than full blood Indigenous.
Get educated before you speak on my people and other tribes.
This CULTURE VULTURE behavior needs to stop. Do some actual research, because most of your videos fall under "misinformation".

I'm Lakota and we do not share the same beliefs. Leo, the future leader of your Nation would tell you the importance of communicating the fact that there are over 400 tribes and we are all different.
A lot of Indigenous don't call this stuff out because they like the prestige of being lumped in with the Lakota. The Montana tribes are small and mostly white, the Salish have tribal members that only claim checks 1/16 or less it's pathetic. Our tribes don't need to be lumped in with them and their mess. They are only a few generations from being completely white.... And the crow Tribe, they have no morals and we don't see them as one of us, claiming such things will get you unalived in our state.

My dad’s funeral was the first time I would sit next to the dug hole in the earth under the casket. I had been dreading it. Once I was there beside it I realized I felt comforted. I felt the rightness of the full circle of life. I was peaceful or maybe it’s grateful knowing dad was ready to go, tired of being in bed 24 hours a day unable to care for himself.

And those two years were the best of your sweet cat's life. Count on it 💖 Food, warmth, being cozy, and LOVED 💖
Anyone who can abandon an innocent cat, or dog, never loved them at all. People like that shouldn't even have goldfish.
We took in a cat on Dec 23, 2022. I, and another woman, had been feeding him for the five years after his "family" moved away. He never was very friendly, but he did get food daily. I think he was freaked out about being left behind outside.
Lately he'd been losing weight, and I just couldn't take it anymore - seeing him all scrunched up, trying to stay warm. My husband who said NO MORE CATS! said to try and catch him. So the woman and I came up with plans ...
Her husband was able to grab him, and called us 7:34 AM the 23rd. Grizzy spent the first four weeks in the kneehole of my desk. And gradually came out. Checked out the kitchen ... Now he's all over downstairs. And FINALLY our other cats are warming up to him. And the kicker is when I got him here, I found out he's totally DEAF. And very senior.
So, yeah, those monsters who left YOUR CAT and Grizzy behind deserve all Karma has in store. And MORE!

I live by their beliefs have most of my life. I have faith not in man ,I walk my own path. The way of life for we natives is very similar to what the Bible teaches. Natives live closest to the simplicities of the earth and are one with it and our Creator.

    Beautiful quotes so true.
Many of my long ago family died on The Trail of Tears. 😢
    Purpose
Guided by policies favored by President Andrew Jackson, who led the country from 1828 to 1837, the Trail of Tears (1837 to 1839) was the forced westward migration of American Indian tribes from the South and Southeast. Land grabs threatened tribes throughout the South and Southeast in the early 1800s.Aug 10, 2017
All Greedy for their land. Very sad.
God Bless You all and Keep You Safe 🙏

I love the different Native American cultures that resided in the Americas before the Europeans decided to take over the land. However, let us not forget, many of the cultures were extremely sexist and violent. I wonder if that was true before we put so much pressure on their societies.

6:52 31. "Before our white brothers arrived to make us civilized men, we didn't have any kind of prison. Because of this, we had no delinquents. We had no locks nor keys and therefore among us there were no thieves. When someone was so poor that he couldn't afford a horse, a tent or a blanket, he would, in that case, receive it all as a gift. We were too uncivilized to give great importance to private property."
In Winnipeg in 1998, with me literally a thousand miles away from home, I was invited to stay with an aboriginal family by the head of the household when he met me on the street while I was on bicycle. His welcoming mom was at the rented home, as were his brother, sister and wife and baby son. I had almost no money. They welcomed me gracefully. I stayed at their place a couple weeks before moving on.

I’m Diegueno from the Kumeyaay Nation, I grew up on the Barona Reservation in Lakeside California, my reservation is Barona. I don’t think there will ever be a Native American president, for one thing the government is afraid the Native Americans will ban together and get rid of the fat cat members of all branches of government and start over with new members, when my grandma was young the women worked together in raising the kids, cooking, collecting items from the many gardens they were very important and they were able to sit in on the tribal council, but this is just on my reservation, I don’t know how other tribes were. Please don’t think of me as a racist, I’m not, my grandmother was full blooded Native American,my grandfather was half Native and half English, my dad was 100%Scot. I think a Native American president would be great, I mean they can’t screw up any worse than the past presidents have

The two kids & I have not been allowed to meet for years even for a single minute once I revealed such abilities to the mom who's a medical doctor. The kids are growing up thus in conflict between the truth they saw in me and their parents' autocracy.

Notice that so many of these "native American" wise quotes were actually shared by other cultures around the world as well.
White, Black and Asian people came from tribal society just as much as native Americans did. All "native Americans" actually have CAUCASIAN blood in them so to for a native American to curse a white man or think of white men as somehow "inferior" to native Americans in any way is to curse HIMSELF as well. We are all interconnected, regardless of race. "Under heaven, there is but one family". The one quote I definitely don't agree with is "We must abandon the past..." because it is not true. We should have reverence for the past, learn from the past, build the present on the past but not be bound by the past.

If you listen to these quotes it's nothing more than joining up the dots of life itself. Here we are talking about being echo friendly having ruined everything we touch. Here we are talking about going vegan having disrespected life itself and here we are saying we need to be less racist and anti homophobic or transpobic whilst ancient cultures worked it out millennia ago. And we think we are cleaver..... Embarrassing really when you let it sink in.
