As a manga reader when S4 part 1 was airing I thought they would end part 1 with the cliffhanger of Eren getting his head shot off by Gabi. That would have been soo cruel to anime only having to wait an entire year.
i think the better choice was to let to the 2dn cour like they did, it wouldnt be so perfect if it was made in months like the 1º part, the animators work as slaves, i think this scene would be soooo bad and i wouldnt even blame them.

Here we have arguably the GREATEST moment in AOT... All the anticipation, the build up, for Eren and Zeke to make contact... Gabi: *So anyway, I started blasting* You have no idea how on edge manga readers were, they ended that chapter on the panel where his neck went BLOOP
Y’all remember when Falco was like “wasn’t I just flying around with swords?“ in the first episode of season 4? He was seeing Ymir’s memories from being the Jaw
YESSS WE’RE FINALLY GETTING TO MY FAVORITE CHAPTERS ANIMATED. I HAD TO GO BACK AND REREAD THE MANGA FROM THE START AFTER THE NEXT SERIES OF CHAPTERS I CANT WAIT FOR NEXT WEEK
That reaction to Eren getting shot was amazing lmao. Just imagine if they had made that the part 1 cliffhanger and you had to wait an entire year to find out
When Zeke was crying, he was genuinely upset that Eren didn’t want to go along with his plan. Regardless Zeke was gonna do it anyway whether Eren wanted to or not but he really cares for his little brother and wanted him to actually be on the same page.
1:50 feel the same. This episode was too much for me with all those unexpected twists, didn't expected that to happen to Porco. The music was a big part too
8:13 Nobody hit her, if you look closely when Gabi fired the same power of the weapon pushed her back and made her hit herself a bit causing her nose to bleed, that makes sense considering it's a weapon made for titans, it has a lot of power so Gabi even if she is trained she is not able to keep it in place after the power of the shot without a support.
I was waiting for you guys to react 😤 this episode was amazing! So many great moments especially the still images when Eren got sniped😭🔥 rip pixis the goat
This episode was just beautiful and insane. Everything was nearly perfect here. The plot twists, the sad characters moments, the voice acting, the visuals, the animation, the ost and the cinematography. So many highlights were present in this episode! Zeke's scream, Colt's plea to Zeke, All the Titans (who drank the spine fluid) getting formed, Gallierd's death, Eren's head getting blown off, the whole Paths scene and that double double plot twist near the end. Mappa did this episode complete justice! I also love they labeled this episode as "Brothers". Not only because of Eren and Zeke but also because of Falco and Colt as well as Gallierd and Marcel. Very interesting fact indeed.
Guys remember that we saw the place where all the paths connected way earlier with Ymir origin story, she saw it when she turned into the jaw titan, initially I thought it was a desert but it's where the founder stays
When Zeke says " I'll fix you ", I'm pretty sure he means undoing what he thinks is Grisha's brainwashing (cause he mentioned it in that conversation). We know the founding titan has the power to alter memories so maybe that's what he means
That shot of Yelena on the wall watching everything go down was me looking at my screen. Couldn’t even react to it all because so much was happening. This was peak fiction

I've been searchin for this reaction. This episode was too crazy. Edit: Loved the way everyone jumped and had a mix of rage and confusion, too. lmao I originally thought Eren would've just transferred consciousness or something like Reiner did to survive a neck stab in Season 3.. but that wouldn't make much sense, seeing as he's headless. @@xxiii262 (spoilers but ima be vague)
If I remember, theres also another flashback with someone else before we get to the rumbling
Bruh did you catch Goth Mikasa and Nerd Armin during the Paths moment? Slow it down and pause right before Eren is shown in the Paths.
It's funny how every reactor is terrified to see Gabi there while eren is running lol.
As a manga reader when S4 part 1 was airing I thought they would end part 1 with the cliffhanger of Eren getting his head shot off by Gabi. That would have been soo cruel to anime only having to wait an entire year.
Damn that would be awesome and cruel at the same time, i am an just anime watcher
Im glad they didnt cause you know how this fanbase is with spoilers
I honestly thought the same thing. It would've been so hype (yet cruel) if it ended with that kind of cliffhanger for part 1
Judging from these reactions it definitely would have been quite the cliffhanger lol
i think the better choice was to let to the 2dn cour like they did, it wouldnt be so perfect if it was made in months like the 1º part, the animators work as slaves, i think this scene would be soooo bad and i wouldnt even blame them.
It's amazing that how perceptive Sheera understanding the I'm not going with your plan thing.
You guys are doing one of the best reaction of this episode. Keep up the good work guys!
I'm so glad they brought back the ost from season 1 🤝🏾 that was a nice touch
I didn't catch that! Which part??
@@RawEggs2701 4:30, after the Zeke's scream.
@@ShinyaKougami Thanks! Great detail!
6:55 was my exact reaction when I watched this scene. I decided to not read the last chapters of the manga because I just wanted to go along for the ride in the final season. This reaction was amazing lol haha
Y'all don't know true pain. The manga ended a chapter on Gabi's Kill of the Game and then you had to wait a MONTH for what the rest of the episode covered
Yeah anime only people will never understand the pain of waiting a whole month after that shot. That was honestly torture
Those month wait time spawn so many theories its insane
Fr. One chapter per month, 30-40 pages or so. Only manga readers
What's worse in manga readers spoiling anime viewers
Bro I tell people all the time imagine being upset you have to wait a week when we sat on these mindfucks for a MONTH.
Here we have arguably the GREATEST moment in AOT... All the anticipation, the build up, for Eren and Zeke to make contact...
Gabi: *So anyway, I started blasting*
You have no idea how on edge manga readers were, they ended that chapter on the panel where his neck went BLOOP
Been waiting for this one. This episode is where the madness TRULY begins. Strap yourselves in.
lol I pulled up 7:05 - 7:10 like 100 times already, Lupa's reaction was priceless... Im dying right now. Awesome reaction.
Guess it’s a good thing Zeke can play baseball, lmao. I been waiting to see people’s reaction to this scene for 3 years. The wait was well worth it.
Lupa's reaction during the headshot was gold. Love you guys, can't wait for more!
Y’all remember when Falco was like “wasn’t I just flying around with swords?“ in the first episode of season 4? He was seeing Ymir’s memories from being the Jaw
YOOOO! thats a fucking great catch
3:40
Editor-san thought he's slick with it🤣🤣
Two brothers are not just eren and zeke but it goes for grice brothers and galliard brothers too, thats why it's so well written
Gabi with a gun is too OP. She can snipe everyone with no scope + fast aim.
Yeah. Smart of her to take out Sasha while she didn't have her guard up. Now she's the resident sniper.
🗿🤓👶
One of the best AoT all time. Still speechless UwU
I’d say he is a anti villan
I’d say he’s free
I'd say he's about to tatacaw
@@tgburn6984 hilarious and original
8:31 *"post nut clarity"*
Bruh I'm dead 😂😂😭😭
NEXT 2 EPS GONNA BE INSANE AS WELL!!!😭😭
The fact that you’ve avoided AOT spoilers all the way to this point is impressive😭
Nobody better than you guys to catch things fast, is satisfying when u watch a reactor understand things quickly
1:50 feel the same. This episode was too much for me with all those unexpected twists, didn't expected that to happen to Porco. The music was a big part too
8:10 "DIO bout to just walk out..." Meanwhile, Takehito Koyasu (Dio's Voice Actor) is over there without legs...
In the manga her nose didn’t bleed, she just fell back from the recoil
“Hurd: a head that hurts” thank you for that.😂💯
I was waiting for you guys to react 😤 this episode was amazing!
This episode was incredible honestly and you guys made it even more hype 🤌🤌
This episode is one of the best episodes made in human history of any show
Sheera is so sharp when it comes to interpretate the visual storytelling of the series!
Shit... I see Lupa's reaction every time that I feel bad, he totally makes my day.
😆
Roshi's face when he was like "yo get this bitch off the wall man"😭😭😂😂😂😂
ever since i read this part in the manga ive been super fucking hype to see it animated and reacted to
This and the next 2 episodes are the Holy trinity of Season 4 🔥❤️
I swear these cliff hangers remind me of that one show with the puppet lions in a library and it has a 5 min segment of cliffhanger
7:04 That was the best reaction I've seen to that scene. lol 😂
Lupa be like: What a ride!
Yeah, and a lot more turns til the end. This show is a freakin roller-coaster!
7:48 80% of the viewers was not able to understand it... But she did... Bravo ❤️
Ma man you really had to use 80% out of all other percentages
I THOUGHT it when I saw it.
Sheera KNEW. 👑
Falco: Transforms
Roshi: Get this man a volleyball
Gabi stay hitting her shots. Gotta respect it tbh.
Yes! This is the exact episode I’ve been telling reactors about! They all had the same reactions I was expecting too lmao
Two Brothers: Eren and Zeke, Porco and Galliard, Colt and Falco
Bro this episode was mind blowing…literally
This is literally a war where you don't know which side you'll pick. Author is a genius.
Bro when she caught on that he didn’t accept the plan was next level thinking. I didn’t even catch that shit.
This episode was just mind blowing
Guys remember that we saw the place where all the paths connected way earlier with Ymir origin story, she saw it when she turned into the jaw titan, initially I thought it was a desert but it's where the founder stays
When Zeke says " I'll fix you ", I'm pretty sure he means undoing what he thinks is Grisha's brainwashing (cause he mentioned it in that conversation). We know the founding titan has the power to alter memories so maybe that's what he means
So you're saying that Zeke wants to commit the same sin he's denouncing? I don't remember him using Grisha as a role model.
Spot on, but i will let you know zeke dosent alter his memories he does something else....related to memories, you'll see
We all can agree the thing we hate the most is when that "to be continued" appears on the screen.
0:23 Roshi had enough lol💀😂
That shot of Yelena on the wall watching everything go down was me looking at my screen. Couldn’t even react to it all because so much was happening. This was peak fiction
@1:34 Title card literally "Attack on Agunaguna" LOL
The plot armoured titan, Reiner have his life saved by 3 cart titan in a row
Plot Twist after Plot Twist... Absolutely Phenomenal Episode 😱
The execution of this episode was better than I could have ever imagined omg
My favorite part of this episode was the VA of Eren telling the VA of Zeke (AKA that boi Dio) that it’s “useless”
Lupa: Bro, who clapped her??
Isayama: Recoil lmao
Imagine you see Eren's head getting blown tf up, and then you don't know anything about what happens after for a month. That's the manga reader experience
They took "my head feels like it's spinning" quite literally.
I've been searchin for this reaction. This episode was too crazy.
Edit: Loved the way everyone jumped and had a mix of rage and confusion, too. lmao
I originally thought Eren would've just transferred consciousness or something like Reiner did to survive a neck stab in Season 3.. but that wouldn't make much sense, seeing as he's headless.
Thinking about it now, it's iconic how Zeke caught Eren's head.. like sliding to catch a baseball just ahead (no pun intended) of you. He's beyond lucky humans keep consciousness for several seconds after being beheaded.
8:06 Zeke having the same VA as DIO though 🤣 perfection
