Dont take a selfie of yourself, you'll hate everything you capture. Instead, take a selfie video and move your phone around multiple angles, then screenshot yourself at your best angles. Worked for me when i was last on Hinge lol

You have to ensure that the place is high quality or at least the background is really solid depending on what style/fashion aesthetic you're into, because background ultimately makes or breaks your pictures.
