The reason the hands are not moving is because his car i "unlocked" some cars have sort of a safety and you can’t reach their top speed. If you turn off the sensor the car won’t know the speed and you can go as fast as the car really can
It's a MK3 Supra sporting a big single turbo 1JZ-GTE. The reason the gauges don't work is because it's running on a standalone computer, therefore rendering any of the stock shit in the car useless. Definitely not a pos.
