Dearest Kevin, I'm a wallpaper girl!! I prefer wallpaper over paint, always! I love the pineapple paper with blue background - your favorite. It is so beautiful. Your home is so beautiful and clearly you have been blessed in knowing how to decorate. Thank you for spending time with us and showing us your projects. Sending prayers and love! 🙏💖
I’ve only been subscribed to you for a few days, so I don’t know you at all. Deciding on your wallpaper, I think you would be best to counsel w/ your wife or husband….. because they will be sharing the room w/ you. Good luck in your Dec it dion.
He's the kind of person that if the ceiling caved in and he was buried under it, he woluld calmly get up, calmly dust himself off and calmly say, "Okey dokey, now let's get organized." Kevin, you are rare. There was only one person like you on this planet, but he's six feet under now because he's dead. Keep on keeping on!!!
Oh my goodness, the second pineapple pattern is so lovely. I can't wait to see what you finally do with that room. A day with Kevin is always so enjoyable.
Hi Kevin, I have been playing your videos almost all day, I have enjoyed listening and spending time here, such a joy. Calleen below is right about Mr. Rogers, I used to LOVE watching him everyday as a young child and still do every now and then depending on the mood. Wow, beautiful wall paper, I used to love plying it when I was younger, it was so much fun (at that time), I thought the glue was awesome and loved how it felt in my hands as I was placing the wall paper up, back then we did everything by hand, not like they do today. Hope you have a great rest of your week.
Kevin, you have chosen wisely. The paper that’s your favorite is beautiful and will stand the rest of time as far as versatility. It will compliment any change in decor you may want in the future. I started using the Instapot for soups also. The favor is identical to the long simmering soup but I do miss the aroma of a soup simmering in the stove. Thank you as always.
I have an InstaPot! I waste a lot of vegetable matter. I'm going to try using my vegetable scraps for stock. Your wallpaper is exquisite! I, too, like the bee wallpaper . Sometimes, I wish you could show your organization scheme for your pantry contents. I am a widow, who downsized to a condo. I could sure use your wisdom. You have such a high quality life! Cheers!
I love the third sample - the diamonds and bees on the green background. In the bedroom, it is nice to have a peaceful pattern. Let us see your other samples when they arrive. To visit your home is always such a hearwarming experience. Thank you Kevin for letting us in.❤🇨🇦
Pineapple wallpaper is my vote. Then you could use the beautiful blue in the design for accent pieces or your bedding. The lunch outside seems so relaxing and a wonderful change of scenery after winter.
Hallo Kevin i absolutely agree with you , the pineapple wallpaper is perfect for your room. Thank you so much for the lovely veggie recipe, it looks delicious x
Salute and bonapetite Kevin...it looks like you have a big and beautiful domaine to keep you occupied this planting season.Enjoy your Easter weekend and thank you for your time in doing these videos for us.❤😊
🎉🎉🎉”Yaaay!! “, is what I say when I get a notification that you posted a new video, Kevin! I’m a new sub from Erie, Pa, and have been binge-watching you! Love all your content and also appreciate the relaxing atmosphere you provide and your meatless recipes. ❤I’m also an Anglophile, and love London, as well! By the way, I love the “Bee” wallpaper 🐝
I love dragonfly wallpaper. Like the Grimshaw paintings of the late 1800's. I looked high and low for dragon fly wallpaper for my bathroom 5 years ago. And only a British company had one. Today, there is a better selection for dragon fly wallpaper. I found one in green you might like for your bedroom, and you could keep all the same color schemes you have like the bedspread, etc: Art Nouveau Dragonflies | Med Cool Green Wallpaper bysouthwind But they have different colors.
I think you should do the celery colored paper from the dining room in your bedroom . It’s soothing and restful not too busy. All the papers you showed are vibrant and busy.
My favorite is the “ornament and stripe”. It’s simple and unassuming yet a timeless classic. The pineapple pattern is nice, but I just don’t feel the pinkish rose color of the pineapple, especially for a male bedroom.
I CAN believe you are at that many subscribers Kevin, actually, I,m shocked you are not double or TRIPLE that!! That,s how TALENTED you are!!! Keep up the good work,!❤
Hi Kevin, I absolutely love your videos. You gave such a kind and calming way about you. The bird in your music room wallpaper, I believe, is called a Woo bird. I have an antique chinoiserie mirror with a bird similar to that on it, and that's what the description calls it.
So many interesting topics were covered in this episode. I love the gardening and outdoor scenes. So peaceful and relaxing. The lentil loaf looks scrumptious.
Hi Kevin😊 I'm from West Virginia and I just love your cooking show! I'm disabled and I live alone with my dog Bruzer. I just come across your show a few weeks ago and I enjoy it so, so much! Your inspiration to me! I'm so sorry to hear about your cat, I'm also an animal lover. You seem so down to earth, your not like those other cooking shows, after watching you, your the best! I personally didn't like none of the wall paper samples, especially the pineapple! Sorry but that's my honest opinion. I love your show! Keep the videos coming! Love ya!❤
Hi Kevin, I used to do the mason jar thing too but now - after several days in the crock pot I transfer the broth to a stock pot and cook it down A LOT. After it cools I put it in small square ice cube trays made of silcone and freeze these. I store all the cubes in a gallon baggie and take out what I need. It's pretty concentrated so I use one cube and anywhere from 2 cups to 6 cups of water, depending on what I am using it for. I always cook rice in broth for the added benefits as opposed to water.
The pineapple wallpaper would be pretty in a dining room. A bedroom is soothing with a light background and a gentle, calm, delicate pattern. But that room, with those bright windows, would come alive with a fresh coat of pistachio green paint and artic white trim and finished off with several gold framed floral paintings. But then, the bed would need to be white too which might be a bridge too far in a remodel. Lovely room, so much could be done with it but different drapes could transform it as it is now!
Kevin, you are such a Delight with a capital D! 🤗 Thank you. My favorite old wallpaper is the one in the Music Room, is exquisite! The pink pineapples it is! 🍍🍍🍍🍍We live in Europe and we have professional wallpapered even our kitchen. 😉
Thanks for another wonderful video. The bedroom wallpapers all look beautiful, especially the large sample pineapple one. All of your existing wallpapered rooms are lovely too. They really look stylish and compliment the style and period of your home. Best Wishes from Adelaide, South Australia.
I'm usually not a fan of wallpaper unless it runs near the ceiling as an accent but love the wallpaper in the music room. It adds to the ability to keep in rhythm. I like the bee & stars the best. It gives a lot to work with in terms of bedding, curtains & decor. I like that you are honoring the era of architecture from your beautiful home. ❤
Decades ago, I considered wall paper for the master bedroom and then I decided against it. Moving paintings and the mirrors hanging on the wall above the dresser would produce holes and devalue the wall paper. Wall paper is a great option for some people. I love an ecru paint color on the walls and the ceiling, since it is such a soothing relaxing color. Ecru is a neutral color that is very easy for decorating a home. I tried white paint on the walls decades ago it was too stark for my taste. I have a pressure cooker and I use it for cooking meats only, since this method infuses the seasonings into the meat and cooking is so much faster. I enjoyed your video. Have a great day!
Kevin, would you be kind enough to introduce your photographer to us, the videos are always so enjoyable it would be nice to meet the one who films them. Your videos are encouraging for me to clean house and display all the beautiful items I brought with me from the UK. I love all your beautiful flower arrangments. And, I wonder if you ever use a teacosy? I wondered if you belong to a Historical or Music Society, when you mentioned getting ready for a concert. When you mentioned your tea service from Sheffield, the city is also famous for its cutlery. I really enjoy relaxing and seeing you working on all your projects, always full of inspiration!
What a pleasure it is to spend time “with” you Kevin! Your videos are always so relaxing and enjoyable, and motivate me to do those projects, and try the new recipes. Keep them coming! And, good luck in your wallpaper quest!💖
Thank you Kevin for showing us how to make vegetable stock. I like using it but as you mentioned the quality brands can be expensive. You always put a smile on my face and a little giggle to go with it.
That stock looks good, Kevin! I always save the tops and tails from my onions, carrots, celery, squash and such, in a bag in the freezer, and use this to make vegetable stock. I'm on a very tight budget, and try not to waste anything! I'm looking forward to seeing more wallpaper samples, and can't wait to see your completed bedroom makeover! That lentil loaf looks wonderful, too! I'm going to have to try it!
Hi Kevin..(New to your channel)! After many YT "eclipses" of your channel I was drawn to your inviting us into your home! Your warm personality, exceptional hospitality, and decorating ideas is such a pleasure to watch. Can't forget the delicious and comforting food soirees' you give us! (Love it)!
Trying to find the things you love for the garden for spring and the rest of the summer is what many people can relate to. It’s a challenge every year and so lovely when you find what you are looking for (or more when you’re lucky)…
Hello Kevin, from the UK.Only discovered you recently and I am so glad that I did. My you do keep busy.I love the detail you give with the recipes. Also the variety of your days.I was wondering if you have published any cookery books. I am just going to try making some of the scones, although it is a rather more elaborate recipe than I am used tò.Keep well.
Oh, and I forgot to mention your wallpaper samples. I prefer the one that's your favourite too. My second choice would be the second sample you held up. Your bedroom will be very beautiful and inviting, once you are done. Making changes is exciting, isn't it!
I love the paper in the music room! I agree you need wallpaper in the bedroom but the pineapple paper will wake up the dead. Perhaps a little more subdued to create interest, yet a peaceful atmosphere that we all need to calm down our minds as we prepare to sleep. Hope you will find just the right one. Love!
Thank you again for sharing your gourmet and decorating skills, Kevin. I can almost smell the stock after watching you make it. While the blue/pineapple (horozontally hung) would be beautiful, I think it is very busy and would prefer a calmer pattern like the ornament and green stripe in the bedroom. Please not the bees - that chevron pattern would make me dizzy. Whatever you choose, I know it will turn out beautifully. Good luck - happy planning.
Hey Kevin, I made the baked oatmeal for my husband and he loves it. Thankyou for sharing this great recipe. I have a feeling he will be requesting this dish often.
It is so relaxing and lovely to watch your videos. Your calming, friendly demeanor is a reason for coming back. Thank you for teaching us so much about the history of your lovely home.
You are like “Mr. Rogers” for grown ups. I love it.
I been wanting to say that😅
Dearest Kevin, I'm a wallpaper girl!! I prefer wallpaper over paint, always! I love the pineapple paper with blue background - your favorite. It is so beautiful. After watch bad news for hours, it's nice to feel normal and watch you cook and diy your home. Thanks for your calm and friendly demeanor!!
"Calm and friendly," yes!!!
The pineapple wallpaper hanging horizontally is absolutely gorgeous
I love how you take the time to explain all the processes involved in everything you do. Delightfully!😊😊😊
Oh my goodness, the second pineapple pattern is so lovely. I can't wait to see what you finally do with that room. A day with Kevin is always so enjoyable.
Looove the second pineapple print!!
I Love the pineapple with both backgrounds! I would like the first one a bit more since it has a peachy? Background.
Yes I love that 2nd blue pineapple wallpaper...gorgeous. And I like the bird one too. 😊
The bird in the wallpaper is a peacock of India as identified on google . Gorgeous wallpapers fantastic in elegance
PS: The pineapple design...ROCKS!!!
Hi Kevin! Your channel is so relaxing. Thank you for that. Continued success to you!
Hi Kevin, I have been playing your videos almost all day, I have enjoyed listening and spending time here, such a joy. Calleen below is right about Mr. Rogers, I used to LOVE watching him everyday as a young child and still do every now and then depending on the mood. no to the bees and stars , love the blue one , Brenda
I like the second pineapple wallpaper sitting horizontally.
I prefer. Bees and stars. Wallpaper. Relaxing in a bedroom not too busy. No pun intended. Mr busy bee. Lol
Cheers!
I vote for the pineapple paper.
Homemade stock is so superior to canned.
Great video . Thank you.
I love the third sample - the diamonds and bees on the green background. In the bedroom, it is nice to have a peaceful pattern. Let us see your other samples when they arrive. To visit your home is always such a hearwarming experience. Thank you Kevin for letting us in.❤🇨🇦
The Pineapple paper goes perfectly with the picture over the bed.
I save vegetables scraps in the freezer and when the bag is full, I make stock. It’s free!
The blue pineapple wallpaper is stunning. Your walls are screaming for it.
For a bedroom wallpaper I would go with something very calming and neutral and not too dark. I might pick the blue and pink and red for a dining room.
I agree with you
What a great dish for my meatless Monday menu
I love the rose pineapple wallpaper, oriented vertically!

Can’t wait for your videos! Always a treat.
The first pineapple sample is warm and sexy. That’s my vote. The others could lend a cool feeling and who wants that in a bedroom 😊.
Last pineapple, just beautiful
Pineapple wallpaper is my vote…..I am picturing different bedding to match.
Pineapple my choice
So many interesting topics were covered in this episode. I love the gardening and outdoor scenes. So peaceful and relaxing. The lentil loaf looks scrumptious.
i love the blue pineapple❤
The bird on the wallpaper is a peacock from India . Identified by google. Gorgeous papers fantastic taste….❤
A beautiful house from that era really needs wallpaper!
Definitely the blue wallpaper!
wallpaper really fills in when one doesn't have much/any wall art
Vegetable facial! That’s one of a kind! 😁👏👏
I love wallpaper! Your favorite is my favorite. Can't wait to see the finished bedroom!

9:29 The Pinapple one is my favorite too
Hmm.. As I see you as a person who reflects elegance, a wallpaper with an ever so slight hint of gilded gold would be my suggestion.
Kevin. The second sample is the one. All you'd have to change is the window treatment. The bedding is fine. ☺

Great idea!
First pineapple hung horizontal. It’s happy, warm, bright and sexy. lol! You’ll look better against it as it flatters your skin tone better. How fun!
The second pineapple looks beautiful.

Love The Blue With Pineapples

A Chinese style with bamboo in pale green or blue aré the best wallpaper for a classic look for a bedroom and a peaceful sleep
My fave is the blue background the pineapple! Gorgeous! Loved seeing flowers again! We still have so much snow here in Minnesota! 💕
I loved spending yesterday and today with you.
Definitely the pineapple w/blue background. So pretty!

# 1 …. Ornament & Stripe
# 2……Pineapple
NO “bees”
I fondly remember the lemon cakelets you made.
Love the variegated petunia you picked out.
Both pineapple papers are beautiful, I prefer the lighter warmer background but I think the blue version is nice and relaxing color for a bedroom 😊

Decals of that floral painting would be nice.
The last pineapple wallpaper was beautiful for your bedroom!

What a wonderful tour of the different wallpapers!! I love specially the birds of the music room, the're realy wonderful
You’re favourite wallpaper was mine to. I’m looking forward to seeing this makeover. Really enjoyed this video Kevin.
Out of the ones you displayed I like the blue pineapple pattern. Keep searching you may find a more appealing one.
I like the bee & star wallpaper and the first pineapple one. Imagine having wallpaper designs that old.
Kevin, I like the pineapple wall paper as well! The lentil loaf looks wonderful! You’re the bee’s knees, my friend!
I love the same paper as you. Beautiful colors and pattern. Can't wait to see the finished room.
Hi Kevin. I LOVE the paper with the Pineapples................Tammy
Hey Kevin, I made the baked oatmeal for my husband and he loves it. Thankyou for sharing this great recipe. I have a feeling he will be requesting this dish often.
Luv luv the pineapple paper..it would look stunning with new bed clothing in your room!
I am also fond of wall paper. Your veggie stock looks like it will be wonderful.👍
Delicious meal as always, Kevin. Waiting to see which wall paper you choose. I admire your elegant tastes and your beautiful home! 😊❤
Hi. Kevin. Thanks for the lovely video. I like the pattern on your table cloth outside. It would make a beautiful wallpaper for the bedroom. 😊
It is so relaxing and lovely to watch your videos. Your calming, friendly demeanor is a reason for coming back. Thank you for teaching us so much about the history of your lovely home.
Always a special treat to spend time with you, Kevin. Thank you.
