The tropical Option is the BEST! It's a nice blend of fall with tropical. Its the best of both worlds! It also keeps the room fresh and airy looking, and the various textures keep it visually appealing. :)

House is coming along quite nicely. For Landon’s room an ocean blue would be a nice accent color wall. Since he is so into surfing. Tropical option 3 for your bedroom was my favorite. Thanks for sharing.
I think if you fold the comforter down at the top and let the sheets show more it won’t look so white. Loving the new house, I’m hoping to move 2000 miles away from Phoenix in the next year. Change of scenery can be great!

I love making the beds. The rooms look so much better when the beds are made the first thing in the morning.
The fruit calls „pomelo“. We eat the fruit without the skin, because of the bitter taste. We pull ALL their skin. It may be longer but it taste much better.👌🏻
Yes, pomelo is amazing. I have a feeding tube, I can't eat solid food right now, but I can drink fluids so I juice pomelo and it is amazing juiced too!

Oooo for Landon’s room I think I would go muted orange 🍊 with the black and white stuff you have and maybe add pops of blue for a surfer 🏄♂️ theme.
It's called a pomello. It's like a cross between a grapefruit and orange. It's a little less tart/bitter than an grapefruit. I actually prefer this over a grapefruit. The rind is thick, and it's segmented like an orange. So you peel the rind, take a segment and peel away the outer membrane and remove the seeds, and eat the remaining fruit. Enjoy!

Bri, the Kitchen aid mixers have lubricants inside of them. When I moved, my kitchen aid was banged around a lot and leaked a ton of the same material out the back and sides. So don't worry! It's totally normal. Also, the fruit your neighbor gave you is a "Honey Pomelo". They're delicious and taste similar to a grapefruit.

My mixer also had grease when I got it-I *think* it just the grease the factory puts on the screws and hinges so the machine doesn’t lock up or get rusty. Not positive, but that was my theory.🌷

There is always grease on household appliances, sometimes you will get it at other times also I have had mine for many years and once in awhile I still get a small amount of grease. Just clean it up and it will be fine. Everything is coming together, looks great.

Ok, I made the beef stew & the banana bread-both were outstanding!!! My husband loved the beef stew & I loved how easy it was to make! The banana bread was the best I’ve ever made!

We had 50+ or even More every year just on Our side of the Yard.
I used the White Spongy part of the rind to clean my Sink &
put pieces of it down the garbage disposal.smells Nice.
I even sliced it up & put in little bowls in the kitchen & bathrooms.
We never actually ate it. Didn’t care for the taste.

You should look into Beddys for the bunk beds. A bit pricey but so easy to make up the beds especially bunk beds.

I love your channel and your inspiration. The one thing I thought about is Landon’s room. Yes it is nice but he is a kid and it looks more like a teenager’s room or someone even older. It needs color. He could still have a surfing and map theme with color and age appropriate decor. This is only my opinion I am not trying to put you down. The fruit is called Pomelo, here in Hawaii we call it Jabong. Peel the skin off like an orange or tangerine, dip it in some vinegar and dash if salt...mmmm...so good. Or eat it plain.
