    I love to watch the way you do everything. It's obvious you live this way and are comfortable enough with your techniques to try new ways of doing things.     I like you video and showing using dried items. I like projects I can get to when I have time and that usually isn't until the weekend.     This is so flabbergasting to learn to do ferments with dried vegetables! What a remarkable thing to share!omgosh thank you so very much for all of this information. Dry vegetables are just less scary to me. I am always worried about mold and doing wrong so I end up using my drier and whimping out. 😂 I really appreciate thinking I can now jar some up!
