Pete, I am a Navy man just like you. The best thing to do is to not buy for the next two years. A computer chip was the main reason for automobile prices to go crazy. At these prices, the automobile industry will crash. People are all up since down on all their automobile loans. The manufacturers will give big incentives to buy a vehicle like zero percent interest rates and 10k rebates. Fix what you have and keep it. Dealars make most of their money from creating issues with your vehicle. Find an honest good local mechanic. Invest in a good Universal OBD Scanner Car Engine Fault Code Reader.

So let me ask you this... 2 times in the last 15 years here in Indiana when gas stations were charging prices that were considered "Gouging" or conspiracy to commit "Price Fixing" you could call the State of Indiana office of Attorney general and leave a message. Typically the office would send a certified letter to the company to cease and desist. If they didn't, they were prosecuted. Why in world did people not contact their State attorney generals in the state they live in and have these dealers prosecuted for conspiracy and price fixing???

I believe those 4XE's aren't selling too well. As for that big screen in the Ram, it's the Uconnect5 and look up what JD Powers has to say about it. The Gladiators are getting heavily discounted because they weren't selling. As for dentistry, be thankful you aren't getting an implant; I think they start at about $3,000 for one tooth!
Somebody's buying these trucks. Because I'm seeing them all over the place. I live in a small count in Arkansas and they're everywhere. Including new chevy's and new Ford trucks
I was shocked on the price on the Hornet! I was figuring low 30K and I thought that would be too high. Chrysler has priced themselves right out of the market. I really like the looks of the new Grand Cherokee with 3 rows and the Wagoneer but optioned the way I want they are about $70 and $100k respectively. I remember not so long ago when a Grand Cherokee was around $40-50K. Is a third row really worth $20K?? I’ll probably stick with GM
Keep your vehicle longer America! Dealers are still trying to cash in Covid prices. Keep your ride for one more year and save yourselves 20 to 30 thousand. Where prices should be. Hell, just keep your hooptee longer. It's probably been good to you.
Crazy thing is, most of those vehicles outside of the cummins trucks, wont last as long as my old 05 Suburban Z71 4x4 thats rolling towards 400k miles and is very inexpensive to repair. Can tow and haul a lot of stuff and people. Would love to find a 2500 and diesel swap it. Duramax or Cummins. Swap isnt that expensive and you have a beast rig that can haul everything a family could possibly need and toys.
These trucks been going for that during Beer Flu and people bought them...Same thing with houses....Now the band is on its last couple songs and people crying. I get it though.
It's the same down here South of Houston. You can't find a truck for less than $90k Well, my Dad just got a FP700 but it's a Single Cab F-150 700hp for $65k
The real problem is, that the government will have to bail them out because they've been so involved in telling these companies how to do their business. Which means they're not out money the government's not out money, you and I are out the money.
I would get an older Cummins Diesel truck I could repair myself without all the electrical crap, and drive and fix up, pulled my current car from the junk yard, been driving it 4 years

Better off buying a fixer upper and collecting the car payment first if you’re gonna pay that insane price. Or! Build a nice old truck for 1/3 the price. Stupid for someone to even consider the negative DEBT
Forget that Modern Junk nowdays n Way To much Money n I bought a 2002 Honda Civic for $1,000 n I only drive it once a month to go to Bank n go shopping n that's only like 5 to 10 miles a month n I put $20 in Gas like 3 months ago n I still have alot of gas left 😆 n I hate Driving because I used to be a Crane Service Mechanic n drove 200 to 300 miles a day to work n repair Cranes on Job Sites n that's why I hate Driving😂😂😂
When the average guy can't afford a truck the manufacturers are in trouble!
Take good care of your baby MyFriend Pete! She'll last you so long even YOU will be old and feeble by the time she's done!😂
I just paid $58k OTD on a custom '24 Laramie
I believe those 4XE's aren't selling too well. As for that big screen in the Ram, it's the Uconnect5 and look up what JD Powers has to say about it. The Gladiators are getting heavily discounted because they weren't selling. As for dentistry, be thankful you aren't getting an implant; I think they start at about $3,000 for one tooth!
These OUTRAGEOUS prices mean that most of us should just keep our old cars and work with Pete to schedule us in for classic muscle car restoration.
Somebody's buying these trucks. Because I'm seeing them all over the place. I live in a small count in Arkansas and they're everywhere. Including new chevy's and new Ford trucks
I would not buy these. YOU ARE 100% RIGHT !! Keep what ya got or buy used.
Well, I’ve been saying it all along no way I’m paying $50,000 for no truck 42 maybe that’s it
I'm glad you're still alive Pete. I thought you died from that fight you got in with Nit Pick
thanks brandon
Thanks for the video Pete.
Just say no. The vehicle prices will never go down until people stop buying them.
'04 GMC Yukon Denali, '88 3/4 ton suburban assault vehicle '82 Chevy 1ton duelly flatbed, im good till Lord calls me home ☝️☝️🇺🇸
Corporate greed is killing us
I broke down in my rig over july 4th 2020 weekend for over a week and thats a neat area.
Here in socialist Washington state diesel is $5.49 a gallon. Let’s go Brandon
The whole west coast from south to north is all communism
Your correct sir thay can keep there junk trucks for that kind of money will buy a horse and buggy first or walk great video .
These trucks been going for that during Beer Flu and people bought them...Same thing with houses....Now the band is on its last couple songs and people crying. I get it though.
The lesser equipped Ram models are 40-50k , like the bighorn/ lonestar. Which used to be 25-30k less than 6 yrs ago.
These vehicle prices in the last few years is out of hand. I can't believe people actually buy them. It's insane
It's the same down here South of Houston.
You can't find a truck for less than $90k
Well, my Dad just got a FP700 but it's a Single Cab F-150 700hp for $65k
The real problem is, that the government will have to bail them out because they've been so involved in telling these companies how to do their business. Which means they're not out money the government's not out money, you and I are out the money.
IDK but you're mistaken. I just bought a '23 Diesel 2500 4x4 Laremie 20% off MSRP WITHOUT dealer fee.
I would get an older Cummins Diesel truck I could repair myself without all the electrical crap, and drive and fix up, pulled my current car from the junk yard, been driving it 4 years
I own a collision repair shop bought a wrecked 2016 ram 1500 5500 68 thousand miles 1200 to repair...will never buy a new tk with depreciation factor.
I guess trucks, suv, cars hit that magic number of way too much. I feel bad for tradesmen, farmers who really need a work truck. Most people don’t need the 100k trucks.
you are so right on your comments about Trump, they are scared shitless and their party is coming to a brutal end.
DONT DO THE CRIME IF YOU CANT DO THE TIME, TRUMP THE DICTATOR!
And paint will be coming off within 5to7years,will need stripped,?
I just want to know just how do you feel about those prices
I'll stick with my 72 F250
On sale for $80k! Wow that a joke
